The symptom occurrence rate of female was higher than that of male. Difference rate of SARS-CoV antibody was found among patients with arthralgia, palpitation or fidget. There was statistically significant difference between rate of SARS-CoV and time admission to the hospital.

结果 SARS临床确诊病例半年后的主要症状为气短、关节肌肉痛、心悸和烦躁；女性患者各种症状的发生率均高于男性；血清抗体与心悸、烦躁和肌肉关节痛的发生情况有统计学关联；血清抗体阳性率与入院时间有关联。

Motilin and gastrin induced contraction of isolated gastric smooth muscle cells in a dose-dependent manner.(2) Motilin- and gastrin-induced antral smooth muscle cell contraction was inhibited by antibodies against Gαi-3. Motilin and gastrin caused an increase of Guanosine-5′-(3-［35S］thio)triphosphate(［35S］GTPγS) binding of Gαi-3.(3) Contraction of antral muscle cells induced by motilin and gastrin was inhibited by the phospholipase C inhibitor U-73122 and the IP3 receptor antagonist heparin.

Plasma specific antibodies IgA, IgG, IgM to Cpn were measured by microimmunofluorescence test. A group of individuals with Cpn specific IgA (titler:32) suggested chronic Cpn infection were compared with a group of control subjects with IgA (titler:32).
