ZNQ-0317 is synthesized by China Agriculture University. In this research, the inhibitive range was determined, and the effect of ZNQ-0317 to mycelium growth, sporangium produce, the release of zoospores from sporangia and cystospore germination was determined. The mode of action and residual activity was determined on green house tests. The mechanism of action of ZNQ-0317 was simply discussed.

ZNQ-0317是由中国农业大学合成的丙烯酰胺类杀菌剂，本研究测定了该药剂的抑菌谱及其对番茄晚疫病菌菌丝生长、孢子囊产生、游动孢子释放、休止孢萌发的影响，通过盆栽及大田试验确定了其作用方式及持效期，初步探讨了其作用机理。

All of these had shown that the induced resistance could be transmitted.Oligosaccharides had not shown any direct activity against Puccinia striifomis in vitro. This suggests that Oligosaccharides can elicit resistance to diseases of wheat, and are different from common pesticides.

不同浓度(25ppm、50ppm、100ppm)的5号提取物的体外抑菌试验表明，低聚糖对条锈菌没有明显的抑制作用，说明低聚糖不具有直接杀菌或抑菌作用，使小麦产生抗锈性的原因在于诱发寄主植物的抗病潜能，使植物本身产生对病原菌的抗性，这与普通杀菌剂显然不同。

Based on the investigation of the transesterification between dimethyl sebacate and 1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperinol, the synthetic technologies of Tinuvin292 and Tinuvin 765 were established. The two kinds of hindered amine light stabilizers were obtained in the yield of 93.3% and 92.4% respectively and qualified as the advanced level of the kindred overseas products.2. The synthetic technology of Tinuvin123 was studied and established. Using 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperinol as the starting material, the product was synthesized successfully through oxidation, free-radical reaction and transesterification in overall yield of 57.6%.

本文研究建立了三个受阻胺类光稳定剂的合成工艺，探索了聚合型受阻胺类光稳定剂生产过程中不溶性副产物产生的原因，并设计、合成了一系列具有抑菌活性的新型受阻胺类光稳定剂。1、在研究癸二酸二甲酯与1，2，2，6，6-五甲基哌啶醇的酯交换反应的基础上，建立了受阻胺类光稳定剂Tinuvin292、Tinuvin765的合成工艺，分别以93.3%和92.4%的收率得到了光稳定剂Tinuvin292、Tinuvin765，所得产品质量达到了国外同类产品的水平。2、研究建立了受阻胺类光稳定剂Tinuvin123的合成工艺。

The synthetic technologies of three hindered amine light stabilizers were established, the reason for the insoluble side products formed in the production of polymerized hindered amine light stabilizers were studied, and a series of novel hindered amine light stabilizers with antibacterial properties were designed and synthesized in this present paper.1. Objective］ The study aimed to screen the fungicides that had evident antibacterial effect against Ustilaginoidea virens and their best mixed ratio.［Method］ The U. virens strains were separated from rice panicle that had severe disease in rice field of Yaan, 6 fungicides and validamycin and diniconazole mixed with different ratio were selected to carry out the indoor toxicity test on mycelia growth of U. virens with mycelium dry weight method, and the interaction of mixed fungicides was evaluated according to the method of Wadley.

［目的］筛选出对稻曲病菌抑菌效果显著的杀菌剂及其最佳混配比例，［方法］从雅安稻田发病严重的稻穗上分离出稻曲病菌株，选择6种杀菌剂以及井冈霉素和烯唑醇不同混配比例，用菌丝干重法对稻曲病菌菌丝的生长进行室内毒力测定，并根据Wadley方法评价混剂的相互作用。

Methods After treated with a specific demethylating agent,Aza and acetylating agent, TSA, the status of 5'CpC island methylation of ING1b gene in HT29 human colon cancer cell line was analyzed using methylation specific polymerase chain reaction,and the level of histone acetylation was analyzed by chromatin immunoprecipitation,and reverse transcription polymerase chain reactionwas used to examine ING1b mRNA expression.

The paper used the method of paper papilioform in the microbiology to determine the antimicrobial cycle diameter of the mixed preservaties of different formul as that are composed of natural extraction with antimicrobial action, humectants, emulsifjers, preservatires and acidity regulators, and that of single preservative. Three standard and two isolated strains of E.coli were used for drug sensitivity test on Chloramphenicol, Ciprofloxacin Lactate, Rifampicin, sulfamonomethoxine, Florfenicol, Ceftiofur Sodium as well as the antimicrobial synergists sulbactam sodium and TMP. The bacteriostasis results of the antibiotics against E.coli In vitro were compared when they were used separately or combined with the synergist.

In lab,experimental result expressed that Difenoconazole 10% WP and Propiconazol 25% EC have the highest control effect, wheras Carbendazim 98％ WP and metalaxyl 25% WP almost can not repress development of cotton leaf spot pathogens.

室内药剂筛选试验研究表明，25%丙环唑乳油、10%世高可湿性粉剂对棉花叶斑病致病菌具有很好的抑菌效果，这两种杀菌剂的作用效果普遍高于其它药剂，是较为理想的化学防治药剂；98％多菌灵可湿性粉剂和25%甲霜灵可湿性粉剂，抑菌效果不理想，对病原菌生长的抑制作用普遍不明显。
