抑菌剂

The results indicated that the inhibited concentrations of kanamycin of adventitious bud formation of Helianthus annus were 75 mg/L and 100 mg/L, when the carbenicillin was used in the transformation procedure; the concentrations was 300 mg/L when the growth of agrobacterium could be effectively inhibited. At the same time, the induction and growth of adventitious bud were not remarkably injured.

在以卡那霉素为抗性选择标记时，对油葵不定芽起完全抑制作用的Km临界浓度在75~100 mg/L；在以羧节青霉素为抑菌剂用于油葵遗传转化试验时，其浓度为300 mg/L时即可有效抑制农杆菌的生长，同时又不会对不定芽的诱导及生长产生明显的伤害作用。

研究中采用了本实验室自行合成的抗菌剂反丁烯二酸桂醇甲酯，测定了反丁烯二酸桂醇甲酯在不同的pH值、不同温度、不同浓度条件下的抑菌活性、抑菌谱，并与其它常用抗菌剂的抑菌效果做了比较。

Results: Fresh nHA-PA66 paste and polymerized nHA-PA66 films showed no antimicrobial activity to Sm and little to Av and Lc. After mixed with the iodoform, the antimicrobial activity of nHA-PA66/I paste obviously increased, but no significant difference between nHA-PA66/I and CH. There was no antimicrobial activity of HA to the three test bacterial strains.

结果：抗菌实验结果表明，nHA-PA66固化膜片与nHA-PA66糊剂对Sm无抑菌作用，对Av和Lc有极轻微抑菌作用，膜片与糊剂之间无显著性差异；加入碘仿后的nHA-PA66糊剂抑菌能力显著增强，与氢氧化钙相比无显著性差异，常规羟磷灰石对三种实验菌均无抑菌作用。
