抑素的

objective:to investigate the therapeutic action of somatostatin in pancreatic leakage after pancreaticoduodenectomy.methods: to collect 100 patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy during 2003～2006,contrast 44 patients use somatostatin after pancreaticoduodenectomy as experimental group,and 56 patients with conventional therapy as control group.results:there were no pancreatic leakage case in the modified group of 44 cases.3 cases complicating pancreatic leakage occurd in control group,and the proportion of pancreatic leakage are different examined by statistic mathord.conclusions:use somatostatin after pd can restrain organism excrete diastase vera,and help anastomotic stoma to concrescent and decrease pancreatic leakage;pancreatic leakage should be treated by different grades,grade 1 can be cured by persistent drainage with somatostatin and nutritional support;grade 2 should be pay more energetic intervention.

作者单位：潍坊医学院，潍坊 261042；潍坊市人民医院肝胆外科，潍坊 261042 目的：探讨生长抑素在胰十二指肠切除术后减少胰漏的作用。方法：收集2003年1月～2006年12月施行pd患者100例，术后应用生长抑素持续泵入病人44例，并与同期施行的pd术后常规应用全肠外营养及抗生素治疗病人56例，结果进行了对比观察。结果：实验组病人44例无1例发生胰漏，对照组56例病人，3例发生不同程度的胰漏，发生率5.3%，统计学比较有显著差异（p＜0.05）。结论： pd后应用生长抑素持续泵入可以抑制胰酶的作用，使胰肠吻合口较好地愈合，从而有效地减少胰漏的发生；胰漏可进行分级治疗，ⅰ级胰漏采用通畅引流为主，同时使用生长抑素和营养支持等治疗多可治愈，ⅱ级胰漏需要积极治疗。

The radical scavenging activity of Laminaria japonica pigments was studied by the DPPH2,2-Diphenyl~(-1-picrylhydrazylassay. The total pigments showed a strong DPPH radical scavenging activity of 65.819% with the concentration of 0.52mg.ml~(-1). The DPPH radical scavenging activity of fucoxanthin was 19.85% with the concentration of 0.27mg.ml~(-1). The antimicrobial activity of pigment in Laminaria japonica was studied by the method of round paper. The results showed that the pigment extracts have activity against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Saricina flava and Saccharomyes cerevisia. The antibacterial activity of total pigments for Saccharomyes cerevisia was the strongest with an inhibition diameter of 18.9 mm; and the antibacterial activity of fucoxanthin for Saricina flava was also much significant with an inhibition diameter of 10.2 mm.

测定了它们对自由基的清除率和对四种细菌的抑菌效果，研究结果表明，总色素和褐藻黄素的浓度与自由基清除率成正比，当总色素浓度为0.52mg.ml~(-1)时，清除率达到65.819%，高于陆生植物黑米色素和紫甘薯色素；当褐藻黄素浓度为0.27mg.ml~(-1)时，自由基清除率达到19.85%，低于紫苏色素、紫甘蓝色素、黑米色素、紫甘薯色素；对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、八叠球菌、金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌实验结果显示，海带总色素对金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌活性最强，抑菌圈直径为18.9mm；褐藻黄素对八叠球菌的抑菌活性相对较强，抑菌圈直径为10.2mm。

We compared the spectral and its secondary structure of endostatin with and without of zinc, heparin and lanthanides. It demonstrated that the pH has strong effect on the interaction of endostatin and heparin.

我们还比较了pH7.4、pH8.0、pH9.0三种pH条件下尿激酶酶切纤溶酶原生成血管抑素的反应结果，发现酶切活性在pH9.0时速度最大，pH8.0时反应速度最慢，pH7.4时反应速度介于二者之间，由此表明pH对上述酶切反应速度确实存在影响。

But it in 10"8mol/L-10"mol/L inhibited gastrin secretion .whereas it promoted somatostatin secretion of duodenum in vitro. GnRH-A did not effect significantly gastrin and somatostatin secretion of stomach in vitro.These results suggested that GnRH-A may integrate with GnRH receptor and restrain directely gastric acid secretion in parietal cell.

综上所述，我们认为胃腔内的Gn尺H类似物可能首先和壁细胞上GnRE受体结合，直接抑制壁细胞胃酸的分泌，由于胃酸分泌减少反馈性地刺激胃泌素细胞，促进其合成及分泌胃泌素，胃酸分泌减少同时也反馈性的抑制生长抑素的释放，反馈性地抑制胃肠壁内EC细胞分泌5一HT。
