通过实验研究，建立了具有肾虚肝郁证侯群的乳腺增生病理模型，利用免疫组化技术、图像分析系统、荧光分光光度法、放射免疫法等现代医学研究方法，从病理形态学、医用体视学、神经内分泌学、阴道细胞学等方面，观察了利乳康口服液对模型动物整体状态、乳腺组织病理形态、血清激素、神经递质以及卵巢功能的影响，结果表明利乳康口服液能明显抑制雌激素引起的乳腺组织增生，降低血清E〓含量，升高P水平，促进下丘脑及乳腺组织中DA的产生，减少5-HT释放，抑制血清PRL分泌，降低乳腺组织对雌、孕激素的敏感性，阻止乳腺组织PCNA的表达，其效应与三苯氧胺相当，明显优于乳增宁对照组；另外，利乳康口服液还能缓解模型动物肾虚肝郁证侯群，增加其体重，调节其整体状况，改善模型动物不规则动情周期，减轻其子宫及卵巢的病变，抑制子宫内膜的过度增长，调节卵巢功能，揭示了中药利乳康口服液对神经内分泌和卵巢功能的整体调控作用，以及对本病发生、发展的预防作用

目的 探讨白花丹体外抗肿瘤作用的活性部位。方法 mtt染色法对白花丹五种溶剂提取物体外抗肿瘤活性进行了初步的研究。结果氯仿提取物对乳腺癌细胞（bre-04）、神经癌细胞（n-04）、肺癌细胞（lu-04）有较好的抑制生长作用，ic50分别为0.269 9 mg/ml、0.263 4 mg/ml、0.496 1 mg/ml，对肝癌细胞hepg2抑制作用差， ic50为0.937 9 mg/ml；白花丹石油醚提取部位对乳腺癌细胞（bre-04）、神经癌细胞（n-04）、肺癌细胞（lu-04）、肝癌细胞hepg2的ic50分别为0.590 2 mg/ml、0.572 5 mg/ml、0.793 8 mg/ml、0.637 4 mg/ml；乙酸乙酯提取物对肺癌细胞（lu-04）有一定的抑制作用，ic50为0.734 3 mg/ml；水溶性提取物以及正丁醇提取物无明显抑制肿瘤作用。结论白花丹氯仿提取部位、石油醚提取部位体外抗肿瘤作用较好，值得对其提取部位进一步分离纯化并研究其抗肿瘤作用机制。

结论是针刺可以改善颜面肌痉挛，针刺可能经由诱发颜面神经逆行的神经冲动减少颜面运动核或神经血管压迫之focal demyelination处往下而来神经冲动的强度；或者针刺诱发大脑皮质产生抑制性下行神经冲动抑制颜面运动核的过度兴奋来改善颜面肌痉挛。

The results indicated that:(1) 4 d or 6 d after denervation, increase of endocyto--sis and proliferation of satellite cells in denervated muscle were induced.(2) Actino--mycin D inhibited activation of satellite cells and endocytosis in normal muscle.
