Result: It has been found out that the fat-soluble nonsaponified extract from Temminck et Schlegel and the alcoholic extract from Syngnathus acus have cytotoxic activities.The nonsaponified extract from Temminck et Schlegel can inhibit the grouth of cancer cell strains KB,Hela,PAA,K562,and Bcap37,and the alcoholic extract from Syngnathus acus can inhibit the growth of cancer cell strin KB,But Bloch shows no apparent anticancer activity.

结果：尖海龙的95%乙醇提取物对KB细胞的生长具有抑制作用，并呈量效关系；粗吻海龙的脂溶性非皂化物具有不同程度的抑制人癌细胞株KB，Hela，Bcap37，K562，PAA细胞的作用，并有明显的量效关系；拟海龙的各提取物未见有明显的抑制肿瘤细胞生长的作用。

In addition, human recombinant K1-5 potently inhibited endothelial cell proliferation with no inhibition on non-endothelial cells.

Natural monoclonal antikeratin antibody IgM 3B4 can inhibit the adhesion of Candida albicans to the malpighian cells, human buccal epithelial cells and endothelial cells of fetal umbilical vein, and decrease the invasion of Candida albicans due to its inhibitory action on the formation of Candida albicans germ tube,which indicates that natural antibody IgM plays a role in the natural immunity against yeast infection.

RESULTS: It was found that the different concentrations of natural monoclonal anti-keratin antibody IgM 3B4 could inhibit Candida albicans germ tube formation and adhesion of Candida albicans to malpighian cells, human buccal epithelial cells and endothelial cells of fetal umbilical vein.

In order to explore molecular mechanism and inhibitory effects of flavones and flavonols on human esophageal carcinoma cells, the inhibition of proliferation and the induction of G2/M cell cycle arrest in KYSE-510 cells and OE33 cells treated with three flavones and three flavonols (quercetin, kaempferol, myricetin) were analyzed by MTT array and flow cytometry.
