Result: It has been found out that the fat-soluble nonsaponified extract from Temminck et Schlegel and the alcoholic extract from Syngnathus acus have cytotoxic activities.The nonsaponified extract from Temminck et Schlegel can inhibit the grouth of cancer cell strains KB,Hela,PAA,K562,and Bcap37,and the alcoholic extract from Syngnathus acus can inhibit the growth of cancer cell strin KB,But Bloch shows no apparent anticancer activity.

结果：尖海龙的95%乙醇提取物对KB细胞的生长具有抑制作用，并呈量效关系；粗吻海龙的脂溶性非皂化物具有不同程度的抑制人癌细胞株KB，Hela，Bcap37，K562，PAA细胞的作用，并有明显的量效关系；拟海龙的各提取物未见有明显的抑制肿瘤细胞生长的作用。

They had suppressed the cathodic process of carbon steel electrode. Their inhibition performance was also related with their molecule stereo conformation and electron configuration. Four of bis-(1, 1'-benzotriazoly)-α,β-diamide compounds linked via-CO 〓CO-chain were synthesized and certified by IR and 〓H-NMR. In 3%NaCl solution, BBT1 suppressed both cathodic and anodic corrosion reactions. 1- [ (1'-imidazolly)-methyl] benzotriazole was synthesized by Mannich reaction.

合成了四个通过-CO〓CO-连接的双（1，1'-苯并三唑）-α，ω-二酰胺化合物，采用MM2分子力学程序优化了它们的分子结构，双（1，1'-苯并三唑）-α，ω-二酰胺化合物的缓蚀作用与其分子内两个苯并三唑单元的空间取向有关系，良好的平面性有利于苯并三唑二聚体的吸附和缓蚀作用，苯并三唑二聚体BBT1分子内两个苯并三唑单元近似平行，所以显示出较好的缓蚀效果。0.5M硫酸中BBT1主要抑制铜的阳极溶解的电化学反应；3％NaCl溶液中，BBT1对铜的阳极溶解和氧的阴极还原过程均有抑制作用，相比较而言对阴极过程的抑制作用更大一些。

通过实验研究，建立了具有肾虚肝郁证侯群的乳腺增生病理模型，利用免疫组化技术、图像分析系统、荧光分光光度法、放射免疫法等现代医学研究方法，从病理形态学、医用体视学、神经内分泌学、阴道细胞学等方面，观察了利乳康口服液对模型动物整体状态、乳腺组织病理形态、血清激素、神经递质以及卵巢功能的影响，结果表明利乳康口服液能明显抑制雌激素引起的乳腺组织增生，降低血清E〓含量，升高P水平，促进下丘脑及乳腺组织中DA的产生，减少5-HT释放，抑制血清PRL分泌，降低乳腺组织对雌、孕激素的敏感性，阻止乳腺组织PCNA的表达，其效应与三苯氧胺相当，明显优于乳增宁对照组；另外，利乳康口服液还能缓解模型动物肾虚肝郁证侯群，增加其体重，调节其整体状况，改善模型动物不规则动情周期，减轻其子宫及卵巢的病变，抑制子宫内膜的过度增长，调节卵巢功能，揭示了中药利乳康口服液对神经内分泌和卵巢功能的整体调控作用，以及对本病发生、发展的预防作用

结果表明，在广东浅海沉积砖红壤上，施用脱硫副产物对盆栽花生出苗、根系及其营养生长、花生花针生长发育等均产生一定的抑制作用；抑制程度与脱硫副产物施用量有关。

RESULTS: All groups of Gen inhibited mouse ear swelling induced by DNFB significantly. The infiltration of inflammatory cells and thymus index were also reduced. However, the increase in mouse body weight was not affected.
