Methods Mimicry and speculation on possible displaced amino acids in proper positions of peptide increased the biological effects of TNFR blocking peptide by compote modeling. The original peptide and its mutant were synthesized. The competitively inhibitory effects on green fluorescence protein-tumor necrosis factor fusion protein with TNFR were compared between original peptide and its mutant (receptor competitively inhibitory binding assays). The inhibitory effects on cytotoxicity were compared between original peptide and its mutant.

RESULTS:（1）Three KDR-siRNA expression vectors were digested by Nde Ⅰ and Sma Ⅰ and produced two fragments of 713 bp, 5 480 bp and 2 403 bp, 3 790 bp, respectively, which were congruous with expectation.

目的 研究兔髂动脉成形术后血管内膜增生和基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制物表达之间的关系，探讨复方丹参滴丸预防再狭窄的可能机制。方法健康成年二级雄性日本大耳白兔30只，平均体重25～30 kg。随机分为3组：正常对照组10只，模型组10只（球囊内膜剥脱加高胆固醇饮食），治疗组10只（球囊内膜剥脱加高胆固醇饮食以及复方丹参滴丸150 mg/d）。结果兔髂动脉造影、血管病理图像分析检测结果：①复方丹参滴丸组较模型组血管造影示管腔直径狭窄、内膜厚度减少、内膜面积减少、内膜厚度和中膜厚度比、面积比，各组之间有显著性差异(P＜001)。②免疫组化分析：模型组MMP2、MMP9、TIMP1、TIMP2表达均高于对照组（P＜001）；复方丹参滴丸组MMP2、MMP9的表达低于模型组，而TIMP1、TIMP2的表达高于模型组；TIMP1/MMP2、TIMP2/MMP9明显增加，差异有显著性（P＜001）。③内膜的增生以及管腔的狭窄程度与MMP2、MMP9有很好的相关性(r=0896，P＜001)。结论 MMP和TIMP在再狭窄形成中起重要作用；复方丹参滴丸能够明显抑制血管损伤后的内膜增生，可能的机制是通过影响金属蛋白酶MMP2、MMP9及其抑制物TIMP1、TIMP2的表达从而抑制胶原的生成、平滑肌的迁移、增生，而减少内膜的增生。

However, the inhibition ratio would decrease when dosage over 8-80μM.

结果 1 磁性纳米粒子、修饰有端粒酶反义寡核苷酸的磁性纳米粒子诱导HL-60细胞发生凋亡，原子力显微镜、光学显微镜、荧光显微镜和透射电镜下均观察到HL-60细胞呈现典型的凋亡细胞的形态变化：细胞核固缩，核内染色质浓缩、凝聚、形成新月形或环状结构紧靠在细胞核膜边缘，并形成凋亡小体。2 磁性纳米粒子、修饰有端粒酶反义寡聚脱氧核苷酸的磁性纳米粒子对HL-60肿瘤细胞的生长和增殖有明显的抑制作用，与对照组相比有显著性差异(p＜0.01)，在剂量为0.8-8μmol／L范围内，抑制率随剂量的增加而增加，当剂量超过8μmol／L时，抑制率反而下降；3 磁性纳米粒子、修饰有端粒酶反义寡聚脱氧核苷酸的磁性纳米粒子可增强p53基因的表达活性，引起DNA降解损伤，反向调节细胞周期活动，促使细胞从G0期进入G1期，抑制肿瘤细胞的生长。4 修饰有端粒酶反义寡聚脱氧核苷酸的量子点能通过内吞作用进入HL-60肿瘤细胞的细胞核，可以在细胞内进行定位和促进HL-60肿瘤细胞的凋亡。

Experimental results showed that, in this process, the optimal pH of the shortcut nitrification was 8.0～8.5; when the pH was less than 6,the nitrification is completely inhibited; when the pH was 6～7, at the end of aeration, the Nitrobacteria become the dominant bacteria because of the dropping of the free ammonia concentration. It is known to all, the activity of the Nitrobacteria and Nitrosomonas was affected by FA concentration, so nitrification was affected by FA concentration. According to the author's research results, the FA concentration which inhibit the Nitrobacteria was below 1.0mg/L,which inhibit the Nitrosomonas was above 10mg/L.

实验研究结果表明：本工艺中，短程硝化反应的最佳pH值在8.0～8.5之间，当pH小于6时，整个硝化反应都会受到抑制，当pH在6～7之间时，随着游离氨浓度的降低，在曝气后期，硝化菌将会占据优势；FA浓度对短程硝化反应的影响是通过对亚硝酸菌和硝酸菌的抑制来实现的，在本研究条件下，游离氨对亚硝酸菌的抑制浓度在10mg/L以上，对硝酸菌的抑制浓度在1.0mg/L以下；温度对短程硝化反应的影响是双重的，既影响微生物的生理活性，又影响FA浓度。
