Immunohistochemical localization of inhibin α-subunit in normal mature rats was carried out by using Strept Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex .The results showed that there was positive immunoreactivity of the McAb to inhibinα-subunit in heart ,kidney , spleen , lymph ,adrenal gland and pancreas cells. It indicated that inhibinα-subunit existed in the above tissues , But no positive sites were seen in hypothalamus, pituitary, lung and liver, that means they have no inhibinα-subunit. Compared with the ovariectomized rats, the hypothalamus and pituitary of the rats injected with inhibin-α fragment（1～32）showed an positive reaction, suggesting that inhibin α-subunit could pass through the blood-brain barrier .

The calculated nonbonded interactions between anilinoquinazolines and EGFR, as well as the information obtained from the predicted complexes, can interpret the structure-activities of the inhibitors well, which can afford us important information for structure-based drug design.

S extract had an inhibition effect against Sphaerotheca fuligenea,The inhibition rate was 100% when extract concentration was 20mg/mL and the inhibition rate got to 67.66% even at the concentration of 2.5mg/mL. The extract of E. humifusa had different preventive effects against four strains of S. fuliginea from four districts in Shanghai. The preventive effects on the Qibao and Baoshan were better than those of Nanhui and Qingpu. The microorganism inhibition experiment by filter papers indicated that the extract of E. humifusa had higher inhibition effect against bacteria than on pathogenic fungus. Diameters of the zone of inhibition of salmonellas, Echerichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were 15.77mm, 12.27mm and 10.53mm respectively. The extract of E. humifusa had a certain effect against Colletotrichum lagenarium, Botrytis cinerea, Rhizoctomia solan and Pyricularia oryza but no effect against Helminthosporium maydis and Gibberella zea. The 4 cation exchange resins and ethanol deposition were used to isolate the active fractions from supernate after alkali deposition.

提取液对黄瓜白粉病菌体外分生孢子萌发抑制实验表明地锦提取液对黄瓜白粉病菌分生孢子的萌发有很好的抑制作用，抑制率随着地锦提取液浓度的增大而增高，当浓度为20mg/mL时，抑制率达到100%，即使在浓度为2.5mg/mL时，抑制率也达到了67.66%；室内盆栽苗期预防性实验表明了地锦提取液对上海4个不同地区的黄瓜白粉病菌均具有不同程度的抑制效果，对七宝和宝山地区的菌株抑制效果优于南汇和青浦地区的菌株；用滤纸片法测定了地锦提取液的抑菌谱，实验结果表明地锦提取液对供试的4种植物病原真菌：黄瓜炭疽病菌、黄瓜灰霉病菌、水稻纹枯病菌和水稻稻瘟病菌均具有一定的抑制效果，而对玉米小斑病菌和小麦赤霉病菌没有抑制效果，对供试的3种人类致病细菌沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均具有很好抑菌效果，抑菌圈直径分别为：15.77mm， 12.27mm和10.53mm。

As to'Cabemet Sauvignon'and'Queen of Vineyard', which belong to the'West Europe Cultivars Group', no obvious decline of Fv/Fm was found in their potted plants even under severe drought stress. Their photosynthetic abilities also greatly recovered after rewatering, i. e. no serious photodamage was formed in these cultivars under drought stress. Between them, the φPSⅡ of 'Queen of Vineyard'under severe drought stress was much lower than that of'Cabernet Sauvignon', which suggested that the light use efficiency of the former was much lower than the latter under severe drought stress. The potted plants of'Autumn Royal'and'Rizamat' sustained high Fv/Fm and φPSⅡ before moderate drought stress, but seriously declined under severe drought stress, which indicated that these cultivars had a weak resistant ability to extreme drought stress. A hybridized cultivar of Vitis vinifera L. and V. labrusca L.,'Red Double Taste', its Fv/Fm and φPSⅡ expressed mild decline along drought stress grade.φPSⅡ of'Red Double Taste'was the highest among seven cultivars under severe drought stress condition, which might closely connected with its high photorespiration activity. Another new cultivar,'Red Globe', and a rootstock,'1103Paulsen', the Fv/Fm and φPSⅡ of their potted plants declined markedly under slight drought stress, which suggested that they held a weak ability to defend against photoinhibition.

西欧品种群的赤霞珠和葡萄园皇后，其盆栽苗的Fv／Fm直到重度干旱胁迫下仍没有明显的降低，且复水后光合能力恢复程度较高，即干旱没有给这两个品种造成严重的光破坏，而两个品种之间，葡萄园皇后在重度干旱胁迫下的φPSⅡ明显低于赤霞珠，说明其光合器官在严重干旱胁迫时对光能的利用率较差；新品种皇家秋天和东方品种群的里扎马特在中度干旱胁迫下仍可维持较高的Fv／Fm和φPSⅡ，但在重度干旱胁迫下则降低幅度较大，说明其抵御极端干旱胁迫的能力较差；欧美杂种红双味的Fv／Fm和φPSⅡ随着干旱胁迫程度的增加呈现平缓的下降趋势，而且其φPSⅡ在重度干旱胁迫下是七个品种中最高的，这应该与其此时仍维持较强的光呼吸活性有关；红地球和砧木1103Paulsen的Fv／Fm和φPSⅡ在轻度干旱胁迫下就明显下降，表明干旱条件下其抵御光抑制的能力较差。

It was found that 0.25%o potassium sorbate produced a positive inhibition against short G+ spore bacillus with a concentration less than 5xl04cfu/ml. A concentration less than %o potassium sorbate hardly exerted a complete control towards short G- plump bacillus having a population density of 5x104cfu/ml. It was proved that use of l% potassium sorbute never controlled the growth of G+ coccus, G~ spirilla and enterobacter with a population density of 104cfu/ml. 1mmol EDTA completely controlled the growth of G+ short spore bacillus and G+ coccus whose cell density was 5xl04cfu/ml. A level of lmmol EDTA showed a limited inhibition against the growth of G- spirilla with a population density of 105 cfu/ml. However, a level of 10mmol EDTA completely controlled the growth of the G- spiral bacteria having a population density of 105cfu/ml. lOmmol EDTA produced a very significant control towards the growth of G"" plump short bacillus with 105cfu/ml. 20mmol EDTA showed a remarkable inhibition against the enterobacter with a population density of 105cfu/ml. Different concentrations of nisin including 25mg/mL, 50mg/mL, 75mg/mL and 100mg/mL were used as bio-preservative to examine its effects against the growth of all strains leading to the spoilage of fresh mutton meat. It was seen that there was a big difference in nisin's concentrations in inhibiting the spoiling bacteria. Generally speaking, as more as 75mg/mL of nisin significantly inhibited the growth of G+ short spore bacillus, G-plump short bacillus, enterobacter, G'spiral bacteria and G+ coccus having a population density of 105cfu/ml.

分别运用山梨酸钾、EDTA和Nisin对7种主要引起羊肉腐败的微生物进行了抑菌实验，结果显示，0.25‰以上山梨酸钾能够有效抑制5×10~4 cfu／mL以下的革兰氏阳性短芽孢杆菌的生长；1‰以下的山梨酸钾不能完全抑制5×10~4 cfu／mL革兰氏阴性粗短杆菌的生长，对10~4 cfu／mL革兰氏阳性球菌菌株、革兰氏阴性螺旋菌菌株和肠杆菌菌株抑制效果不太明显。1mmoL EDTA能完全抑制住小于10~5 cfu／mL革兰氏阳性短芽孢杆菌菌株、革兰氏阳性球菌菌株的生长，能明显的抑制10~5 cfu／mL的革兰氏阴性粗短杆菌菌株生长，对10~5 cfu／mL的革兰氏阴性螺旋菌菌株有一定的抑制作用。10mmoL EDTA能完全抑制住10~5 cfu／mL革兰氏阴性螺旋菌菌株的生长；能明显抑制10~5 cfu／mL的革兰氏阴性粗短杆菌菌株的生长，而20 mmoL EDTA能很明显抑制10~5 cfu／mL肠杆菌菌株的生长。25mg／mL、50 mg／mL、75 mg／mL和100 mg／mL的Nisin几乎对所有引起羊肉的腐败菌有抑制作用，但抑制程度不同，抑菌活性有一定的变化。

On the inhibition to mycelial growth, the 95% ethanol extract had significantly inhibition to P. ultimum, F. oxysporum f. sp cucumber, R. solani and B. cinerea, and at the top treatment concentration of 0.002 g/mL, the inhibition rate reached to 60.32% 58.50%, 55.89% and 55.17%, respectively; But the 95% ethanol extract almost had no inhibition to S. rolfsii, its rate was just 17.19% at 0.002 g/mL.③On the inhibition to sprouting, the 95% ethanol extract had significantly inhibition to B. cinerea, R. solani, F. oxysporum f. sp cucumber and P. ultimum, and at the top treatment concentration of 0.002 g/mL, the inhibition rate reached to 95.24%, 90.48%, 89.47% and 85.71%, respectively; and the rate would exceed 40% to four fungi mentioned above when their concentration was not lower to 0.005g/mL. The 95% ethanol extracthad infirm inhibition to S. rolfsii, its rate was just 43.48% at 0.002 g/mL.

在抑制菌丝生长方面，鱼腥草95%醇提物对豌豆根腐病菌、黄瓜枯萎病菌、马铃薯立枯丝核病菌和大白菜灰霉病菌均有良好的抑制作用，在最高处理浓度为0.002 g/mL时抑制率分别达到60.32%、58.50%、55.89%和55.17%；对辣椒白绢病菌几乎没有抑制作用，在最高处理浓度为0.002 g/mL时抑制率仅为17.19%；③在抑制孢子萌发方面，鱼腥草95%醇提物对大白菜灰霉病菌、马铃薯立枯丝核病菌、黄瓜枯萎病菌和豌豆根腐病菌抑制效果明显，在最高处理浓度为0.002 g/mL时的抑制率分别达到95.24%、90.48%、89.47%和85.71%，且在处理浓度不低于0.000 5 g/mL时对以上4种真菌孢子的抑制率超过40%；对辣椒白绢病菌抑制作用较弱，在最高处理浓度为0.002 g/mL时仅为43.48%。

从以上实验结果我们得出如下结论： 1、Cur抑制K562细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡的作用可能与其下调p210~、蛋白酪氨酸磷酸化水平以及抑制下游p-Erk1/2、c-myc等信号分子有关； 2、Cur协同STI571抑制K562细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡的作用可能与其下调p210~、蛋白酪氨酸磷酸化水平以及抑制Hsp90和下游PKC等信号分子有关； 3、Cur可逆转K562/G01细胞对STI571的耐药性，并与STI571协同抑制K562/G01细胞增殖和诱导凋亡，其抑制K562/G01细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡的作用可能与其下调p210~、蛋白酪氨酸磷酸化水平以及抑制下游Procaspase-3和NF-κB等信号分子有关； 4、Cur可抑制来源于CML患者骨髓的CD34~+细胞的增殖并诱导其凋亡，还可协同STI571下调CML CD34~+细胞p210~表达，进而协同抑制细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡。
