The purpose of this study is to screen microorganisms with growth inhibition against plant fungal pathogens. The plate-dilution method was used to isolate the bacteria from salt marshes at Dafeng, Jiangsu. The antifungal compositions of four active bacteria were analyzed primarily with chromatography techniques. With increasing concentration of quercetin, the secretion of MMP-2 and MMP-9 decreased.⑤Immunohistochemistry method demonstrated the position expression of Cathepsin-D in SW480 cell was suppressed by quercetin in a time- and dose-dependent manner.
