The phytoplasmas diseases were investigated in 30 counties and cities of 10 areas in Yunnan Province. There are 12 phytoplasma diseases, including paulownia witches-broom,chinaberry witches-broom, cactus witches-broom, christmas cactus witches-broom, orange little leaf, petunia flat stem and so on were indentified using PCR with universal primers, which amplified phytoplasma 16SrRNA gene and/or ribosomal protein genes. So the kind of phytoplasma diseases in Yunnnan Province were understood. Identified the characteristic of 16SrRNA and rp gene of phytoplasma and the kind, classification and genitic relativity of these strains using RFLP, clonging and sequence analysis (nearly 20 full-length sequences of phytoplasma 16SrRNA and/or rp gene were submitted in GenBank ); The phytoplasma strains isolated from herbage plants were conserved in storeroom. 9 articles were published in the key journals of China and 1 technique invention patent was applied. The net-page about phytoplasma disease was established. 4 graduate student were bringed up.
对云南省10个地区的30余个县市地区进行了植原体病害的调查采集工作;采用植原体16SrRNA基因通用引物(R16mF2/R16mR1及R16F2/R16R2)和/或植原体核糖体蛋白基因引物(rpF1/R1)对所采集到的病害标样总DNA进行PCR扩增,根据植原体特异扩增条带的出现,共鉴定出泡桐丛枝、苦楝丛枝、仙人掌丛枝、蟹爪兰丛枝、柑桔小叶、矮牵牛扁茎等12种植原体病害,初步明确了云南省植原体病害的种类;通过RFLP技术、克隆及测序技术获得其16SrRNA及部分核糖体蛋白基因的近全长序列(已在GenBank中共登录近20余个相关序列),通过序列比较分析,明确了上述植原体株系中这两个基因的特征并确定了云南省植原体株系的种类、分类地位及遗传相关性;对一些发生在草本植物上的植原体进行了株系保存;在国内核心期刊及一般期刊发表研究论文 9 篇,申请技术发明专利1项;初步建立了有关植原体病害的网页;培养研究生4名。

The main job and contribution of this paper are as follows:Based on narrowband signal processing, we propose a new method for FH signal blind detection and blind parameter estimation. Firstly, compute the cross-correlation function of FH signals from multichannels, then we get the cross power spectral density matrixCSDM Secondly, select the hops of FH signals from the CSDM via processing and analyzing the CSDM, meanwhile reduce the influence coming from noise, fixed frequency signal and other interferences; Lastly, estimating the DOA of every hop and according to the DOA, we can separate the hops, get the number of FH signals and their parameters. Propose a new method for designing the threshold in FH signal detection. This method makes it easy to get the threshold by theoretic computing and it can extremely reduce the interference of non-FH signals.Based on broadband signal processing, we propose a new method for FH signal blind detection and blind parameter estimation. Firstly, get the DOA of the signals by wideband spatial spectrum estimation; secondly, separate the signals by spatial filtering using wideband beamformer; Lastly, we propose two methods for FH signal blind detection and blind parameter estimation, one is for several constant hop-rate FH signals whose dwell-time are different and another is for a single FH signal whose hop-rate is alterable.By employing spatial interpolation in broadband signal beamforming, it can reduce the number of antenna elements and corresponding RF modules, A/D converters, etc. It can also eliminate the mutual coupling between antenna elements while getting the narrower main beamwidth and lower sidelobe level.
本文的主要研究工作和贡献如下:●提出了一种基于窄带处理的FH信号盲检测和参数盲估计的实现方法,即首先求出多路信号之间的互相关,进而得到互功率谱密度矩阵,然后通过对CSDM进行对折处理来抑制噪声、定频信号及其他干扰的影响,并将所有属于FH信号的hop(每一跳的驻留时间在时频图上持续的线段)从CSDM中筛选出来,最后用阵列信号处理中的到达方向估计理论在频域中估计出各个hop的方向参数,利用方位信息完成FH信号分离并得到FH信号的数目及其各自的参数集;●提出了一种确定FH信号检测门限的策略,该策略不仅使得检测门限能够通过理论计算得到,而且还显著地抑制了非跳频信号的干扰,从而能有效地检测出FH信号;●提出了一种基于宽带处理的短波FH信号盲检测和参数盲估计的实现方法,即首先利用宽带空间谱测向技术得到接收信号的DOA,然后采用宽带波束形成技术对特定方向进行空间滤波,实现多个信号的分离,最后分别提出了两种FH信号的盲检测和参数盲估计方法,第一种方法适用于空间某个特定方向上存在着几个驻留时间不同的恒跳速FH信号和其他干扰信号的混合信号,第二种方法适用于空间某个特定方向上仅含一个可变跳速的FH信号和噪声的混合信号;●将空间插值的概念和宽带波束形成技术结合起来,提出了一种基于频域处理的宽带恒定束宽的波束形成方法。

Secondly, the platform of IPTV set-top box named DM6446 is introduced, and then the AVS video coding standard which is implemented as the video coding standard of IPTV is introduced. The kernel architecture, peripheral devices of DM6446 and the key technique of AVS video coding such as transformation, quantization, intra-prediction, inter-prediction, interpolation, and loop filter is introduced in detail. Thirdly, the system procedures of set-top box which are implemented on the ARM side of DM6446 are introduced in detail. This part focuses on the demultiplex of audio and video data, the design of data interface, the playback of audio and video, and the communication between ARM and DSP. Fourthly, the loop filter algorithm of AVS video coding standard is introduced in full detail, and the optimized procedures of the algorithm on the DSP side of DM6446 are introduced, and then the optimized results are presented. Fifthly, the thesis introduces and analyzes the state-of-art technique of deblocking filter, and proposes a deblocking method, and then the results of proposed method are given. Finally, summarize of this thesis and further development is given.

Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing 100081,ChinaIn order to get the high output power, a RF excited diffusively cooled all-metal slab waveguide CO2 laser was reported, in which gas discharge region was constructed by two aluminum side walls and aluminum electrodes. The region dimension was 2 mm height×20 mm width×386 mm length, and the gas composition was CO2:N2:He:Xe=1:1:3:0.26. This technique replaced the old ceramic and metal sandwich waveguide technique.The optimum out power 127 W was achieved from the RF excited diffusively cooled all-metal slab waveguide CO2 laser with the longitudinal voltage uniformity distribution technique and scaling area technique. The electro-optic conversion efficiency was about 14%.
