We study technical spillovers of foreign direct investment in China in this paper based on provinces panel data.

利用中国29个省区1994－2003年面板数据，本文研究了外商直接投资对中国省区经济增长效率的影响，结果显示，相对于国内企业，外资企业具有相对较高的技术效率，外商直接投资对中国省区技术效率的提高有显著的溢出效应，外商直接投资的技术溢出呈现一种区域的差异性，而对外贸易对中国省区的技术效率并没有产生明显的技术溢出，在分区域研究的时候发现，对外贸易对西部省区技术效率的提高产生了显著的抑止作用。

This research applies the micro forming process with other mass production techniques to construct the key components of the micro/meso gear transmission. The final prototype is the planetary gear transmission with outer diameter 6mm and gear module less than 0.15mm developing in 3 years. The purposes and developing technologies of this project are as follows: 1. setting up the design and analysis of parts and system; 2. the mold design of gear and planet plate; 3. assembly modules of planetary gear train; 4. inspection of gear profile and gear train; and 5. heat treatment of micro parts.

本研究将以精微成形技术搭配其他量产制程，逐步开发微型减速机内的所有关键零件，预计在3年内最终完成外径≦ψ6mm、齿轮模数m≦0.12mm之的行星式齿轮减速机的开发，研发目标包含有微型传动系统结构/机构与零组件设计分析技术，试量产型精微行星/太阳齿轮、传动盘、环齿轮等原型件模具设计与开发，行星臂、太阳齿轮、行星齿轮与环齿轮等组装模组技术，微型齿轮齿形及相关微型齿轮箱检测技术，以及精微元件热处理技术等关键技术。

The virtual design technology is an advanced product developing technique in 21 century.and it is effective on developing sugarcane harvester as soon as possible.however, there is no research report about the virtual design technique used in the development of sugarcane harvester at present.ln the dissertation.the visual virtual design method was used to provide support for sugarcane harvester development.ln the chapter twojt expatiates X3D practical application in the virtual design platform for sugarcane harvester.in this section,it brings forward XML normal transport format in virtual design platform for sugarcane harvester.

虚拟设计技术是21世纪先进的产品开发技术，是快速研发丘陵地带甘蔗收获机械的有效手段。但是目前尚未见采用虚拟设计技术开发甘蔗收获机械的研究成果报道。本研究提出可视化虚拟设计技术进行甘蔗收获机械的研发，并围绕设计开发过程的若干关键技术进行分析研究。论文在第二章阐述了X3D技术在甘蔗虚拟设计平台中的实际应用，提出了XML作为虚拟设计平台的标准传输格式。

It was decided that technical and vocational education in rural areas should accommodate local conditions and be conducted on a short-term basis. Where conditions permitted, emphasis would be placed on organizing technical schools and short-term training classes.
