The Contractor shall give all notices and pay all fees required to be given or paid by any National Or State Statute, Ordinance, or other Law, or any regulation, or by-law of any local or other duly constituted authority in relation to the execution of the Works and by the rules and regulations

26.1 承包人必须按国家或州一切有关施工的制定法、法令、或其他法规、或任何条例、或当地或其他合法当局的地方法规以及所有其财产或权利受到或可能受到工程影响的公共团体和公司的规章制度的规定，发布所有的通告和支付所有的费用。

The Contractor shall conform in all respects with the provisions of any such Statute,Ordinance or Law as aforesaid and the regulations or by-laws of any local or other duly constituted authority which may be applicable to the Works and with such rules and regulations of public bodies and companies as aforesaid and shall keep the Employer indemnified against all penalties and liability of every kind for breach of any such Statute,Ordinance or Law,regulation or by-law.

26.2承包人必须遵守以上任何制定法、法令或法规，可适用于工程的当地或其他合法当局的一切地方法规，以及上述公共团体和公司的规章制度，如违反上述任何此种制定法、法令或法规、条例或地方法规，不得让业主受任何惩罚和承担任何责任。
