扫描行

Amethod for the recognition of images of different backgrounds and different illuminations is proposed. The gray beep points of the row is used to get the horizontal projection of the image first. Then the edge characteristic of the image line is used to get the vertical projection and locate the vehicle license plate.

针对不同背景和光照条件下的车辆图像，提出了一种先利用扫描行跳变点数据得到图像的水平投影图，再通过突出图像列的边缘特征得到垂直投影图从而提取出车牌的方法。

方法收集1999年12月-2008年4月间在青医附院耳鼻喉科行鼻内镜下视神经减压手术的外伤性视神经病患者的病例，共102例(107眼)，回顾分析其鼻窦及视神经管CT表现，并查看手术记录描述，将CT结果与术中所见情况进行对比分析。102例患者术前常规行轴位及冠状位鼻窦CT扫描，视神经管区行薄层靶扫描，以骨性鼻尖与前床突的连线为轴位扫描基线，以&床鼻线&的垂直线为冠状位扫描基线。

Methods 36 acute Pulmonary embolism patients were examined by technique that concentrateion of contrast medium controls the scanning of 16slice spiral CT.Among them,6 suspected of phlebothrombosis was given lower limb scanning in 170 seconds after thorax scanning.Volume data was transmitted to the work station and the reconstruction of multiplanar reformations,maximum intensity projection,volume rendering and virtual endoscopy.
