The several kinds of Ag-NiFe2O4 cermets with different mass percent of Ag have prepared. Microstructural changes were observed by scanning electronic microscope and composition was determined with x-ray detector. Effect of different content of Ag on the density, property of thermal shock,conductivity and corrodent rate were tested. The results showed that the thermal shock performance and conductivity have improved in company with the addition of content of Ag.

制备了不同金属Ag含量的Ag-NiFe2O4金属陶瓷，利用扫描电子显微镜观察显微组织，由X射线衍射分析化学成分，研究了Ag的添加量对其体积密度、气孔率、热震性、导电率以及腐蚀速率的影响，试验结果表明，抗热震性和导电能力随着Ag含量的增加而增强，导电率的提高和腐蚀率的增大仍是一对突出的矛盾。

Scanned photographs set scan resolution had cannot afford because of its direct control and image quality.

扫描图片设定扫描辨别率时一点也不能草率，因为它间接把持再不败像质量。

Material and Methods:From March,2008 to January,2009,250 patients(146 Males and 104 Females,ranged from 18 to 82 years old,mean age was 48 years old) enrolled in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical College were performed dual energy scan(Group A,200 patients) and Neuro-DSA scan(Group B,50 patients) using DSCT.The patients were randomly divided into Group A and Group B.Regarding to the justification of scan protocol,100 patients in Group A were selected as sub-group to explore the scan protocol.The image quality Was analyzed both in four categories(4.0/60、4.5/60、4.0/70、4.5/70) of flow rate and total amount of contrast-enhanced material and in three categories(100—150HU、150—200HU、200-250HU) of CT value of left common carotid artery.The comparison of two scan approach was based on image quality,radiation does, postprocessing methods,time of scanning and subtraction and data storage amount.To validate the diagnostic capability of DE-CTA virtual unenhanced images,100 patients in Group A were undergoing head scan both in routine non-contrast program and DE-CTA virtual unenhanced program.Mean CT values,signal-to-noise ratio,image quality,sensitivity of lesion identification,and radiation does were applied to comparison.According to diagnostic results of dual energy of cerebral arterial angiography,62 patients out of 200 patients in Group A were confirmed with cerebral vessel lesions,the results were complied with DSA findings(the time between the two methods were within 1 week).

材料与方法收集2008年3月到2009年1月间在昆明医学院第一附属医院行DSCT CTA检查者250例(男性146例，女性104例，年龄范围18-82岁，平均48岁)，随机分为A、B两组，A组200例行双能量头颅CTA扫描；B组50例行Neuro-DSA扫描。A组前100例按对比剂不同流率和总量分为4组(4.0/60、4.5/60、4.0/70、4.5/70)对图像质量比较；按触发时左颈总动脉内平均CT位分3组(100—150HU、150—200HU、200-250HU)，比较图像质量的差异；对A、B两组血管图像质量、辐射剂量、后处理的方法、扫描和后处理时间及数据的容量进行比较分析；A组中前100例行常规与DE-CTA虚拟平扫的平均CT值、信号噪声比、图像质量、病灶显示情况、辐射剂量的比较分析；A组中行DSA检查62例(两种方法间隔时间均1周内)，比较两种检查方法诊断结果是否符合，并对其中24例动脉瘤行动脉瘤部位、数目、形态、瘤颈显示程度、瘤颈大小及瘤体长径和短径的比较研究。

The surface appearance and hygroscopicity of ADN after coating were analyzed by SEM and weighing method. Results show that a kind of floccule of PU is formed on the surface of ADN, which makes the hygroscopicity of ADN after coating less than that before coating evidently. When coated ADN is exposed in the atmosphere for 30 days with the RH less than 60%, the hygroscopicity of coated ADN is only 0.136% and does not increase with the increasing of exposure time.

用扫描电镜和称重法分析了包覆后ADN的表面形貌和吸湿性，结果表明，聚氨酯黏合剂在ADN表面形成絮状的包覆膜，使包覆后ADN的吸湿率明显小于包覆前ADN，在相对湿度60%以下，包覆后ADN在空气中暴露30天时吸湿率仅0.136%，吸湿率不随时间增加。

The image showed that the ratio of raw material of RPC and particle distribution accorded with maximum packing density theory, and the porosity of accumulation was the least. The DSC showed the reaction rate of RPC was very fast and main hydration process focused in shorter time; SEM and X-ray showed that structure of the harden body of RPC was much denser, which mainly composed of some abnormal flat grains that got maximum packing density, and hydration products were mostly composed of Ⅲ type C-SH gel and a small amount of Ca2 and no AFt crystal.

由图象分析可知，即C原材料的比例及颗粒度符合密实堆积原理，堆积物的孔隙率达到最小；差示扫描量热分析表明，RPC的水化反应速度很快，主要的水化过程集中在较短时间内；扫描电镜及X衍射试验表明，RPC硬化体的结构非常致密，主要由一些不规则状的扁平粒子紧密堆积在一起，水化产物主要是Ⅲ型C-S-H， Ca2晶体的量稀少且没有钙矶石。

Statisccal analysis showed that Near infrared spectra of silkworm eggs hatchability had no significant difference with the one without reflacted.

经过统计分析发现，经过光谱扫描后的样本孵化率与未扫描过的样本孵化率无显著差异。

Computed tomography can provide reliable evidence for orbital anotomy,while the showing rate can also be affected by scanning technical parameters,scanning level and plane.

CT扫描成像对眼眶解剖可提供可靠依据，但扫描技术参数、扫描基线及投照体位对显示率有影响。

Part I: Characterization of the stability and biocompatibility of PLGA conduits.1 Artificial nerve conduits were successfully fabricated using two different copolymer ratios of PLGA(85:15 and 50:50)(lactide:glycolide).2 Degradation of PLGA(85:15) and PLGA(50:50) conduits were examined in vitro for 12 weeks in phosphate buffered saline at 37℃, pH 7.4 and in vivo for up to 8 weeks following implantation into the rat dorsal muscle.

结果显示：①体内外降解条件下，PLGA(50：50)管吸水率、失重率及生物降解率显著高于PLGA(85：15)管；②两种材料样品体内生物降解率显著高于体外降解率；③扫描电镜观察显示，随降解时间延长，材料样品表现为特征性的虫蚀样破坏并进行性加重，以PLGA（50：50）管尤为明显。

Result: Schwann-like cells disperse in the hole of nerve graft at oneweek under Scanning Electronic Microscope, the processes of thesatellite-like cells adhere to the wall of graft.There was no statisticaldifference of activity of cells in both group(P＞0.05) using MTT. At 12weeks,the result of appearance, histology and TEM were similar, therewere no statistical difference in SFI%, NEP and quantitative analysis ofrecovery rate of myelinated fiber populations, diameter of myelinatedfiber and thickness of myelin sheat.

结果：1w后扫描电镜下可见接种的类Schwann细胞分散在材料表面的孔隙内，细胞形态为星状，细胞突起与支架管壁粘附；MTT法测定细胞活性示神经支架组在各时间点与对照组无显著性差异P＞0.05；12w时两组动物坐骨神经外观、组织学光镜观察、透射电镜观察结果相似、两组坐骨神经功能指数恢复率、神经电生理、再生有髓神经纤维计数恢复率、神经纤维直径恢复率、髓鞘厚度恢复率等指标相比无显著性差异(P＞0.05)。

The adipose derived stem cells of inbreds train of rat wereinduced to differentiate into schwann-like cells and the cells were injectedinto the acellular nerve allograff.The proliferation or adhersion of these cells on the graft were observed by inverted microscope or ScanningElectronic Microscope. Activity of cells were detected using MTT. 10mmnerve gap of inbreds train of rats in two group were bridged by tissue-engineered peripheral nerve or autogenous nerve, the effect wereappraised by naked eye, recovery rate of sciatic function index,nerve-electrophysiological, histology, Transmission ElectronMicroscopy and quantitative analysis of recovery rate of myelinated fiberpopulations,diameter of myelinated fiber and thickness of myelin sheat.

按照前述方法培养并诱导近交系大鼠脂肪干细胞向类Sehwann分化，将诱导分化的脂肪干细胞悬液注入已制备的去细胞同种异体神经支架管中，倒置显微镜观察细胞生长情况；扫描电镜下观察细胞在材料上附着情况；四唑盐比色试验测定细胞活性；取两组近交系大鼠，分别用组织工程化神经和自体神经桥接10mm神经缺损，通过大体观察、坐骨神经功能指数恢复率的测定、神经电生理的测定、组织学光镜观察、透射电镜观察、再生有髓神经纤维计数恢复率、神经纤维直径恢复率、髓鞘厚度恢复率的测定等指标评价实验效果。
