Constructing geometric model of analyzed object is the first step of mesh generation, in this research subject, we mainly analyze the medical encephalon CT picture ,so we select digital instrument to extract border characteristic points from encephalon CT picture and create the analyzed object geometric model.

进行网格剖分首先要建立分析对象的几何模型，鉴于本文的分析对象是医学脑CT扫描图像，为此采用数字化仪从脑CT扫描图像中提取边界特征点，以此形成分析模型的边界轮廓，从而建立分析模型的几何模型。

Methods 200 cases (252 knees) of total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into two groups: Experience group (64 cases): femoral prothesis rotational certification was depended on the palpation of the femoral epicondyle axes combined with Whiteside line in operation. CT scan group (136 cases): femoral prothesis rotational certification was depended on the preoperation CT scan, by which could modulate the lateral rotation angle. The other procedure was same to the standard TKA.

将200例（252膝）TKA患者随机分为两组：①经验组（64例）：TKA术中根据术者触摸外科股骨上髁轴线联合Whiteside线联合确定股骨假体外旋角度；②CT扫描组（136例）：术前CT扫描确定股骨后髁角，术中采用可调外旋定位器复制CT确定的外旋角度，其余TKA手术操作相同。

Therefore this imaging system can realize two kinds of X-ray radiology: reverse geometry X-ray and X-Scan imaging, and several CT scanning methods, such as equiangular fan-beam CT, equispatial fan-beam CT, helical/spiral CT, cone-beam CT with circle orbit, cone-beam CT with circle-plus-line orbit.
