Methods A single shot 3-D laser scanner, VIVID 910, was used to capture the craniofacial images of 227 patients. Only a top light was used during scanning. The patients sit up straight with their Frankfurt plane parallel to the horizontal plane, and the shot was 10° upper-wards. The scans were applied frontally and 80°bi-laterally, and the data were registratered, merged and processed with a general reverse engineering software. The usage time and the image quality were documented.

利用VIVID 910单镜头三维激光扫描仪扫描227例受试者的颜面三维影像，采用全室内顶置光源，受试者眶耳平面尽量与地面水平，扫描仪镜头水平抬高10°，使用14mm焦距镜头，于受试者正前方及双侧各80°位置采集数据，获得数据经通用软件拼接、二期处理，统计扫描及数据处理所需的时间及扫描结果质量。

From 2004 to 2007, 34 cases were treated with extrapedicular screw fixation in Department of Orthopaedics, Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. The screw entry point, angle, depth and diameter were measured and defined on the thoracic vertebrae pedicle by CT thin-slice scan in standard prone for all cases before operation. The screw entry point was located at the tip of transverse process. The average inclination angle should be 10°-20° headward and 30°-40° toward neutral line respectively. The screw was inserted and entered into the vertebral body along the external cortex of pedicle. The integrity of cortical bone around screws, the distance to segmental blood vessels and the penetration of cortex were observed after operation to evaluate the accuracy and safety of screw placement.

应用椎弓根外内固定技术2004/2007年在中山大学附属第三医院骨科治疗34例患者，固定前采用CT加密扫描测量进钉点、进钉点至椎体前缘的深度、进钉角度和直径，固定中椎弓根钉入点为横突尖，进钉方向为平均向头侧倾斜10°~20°、与中线成角30°~40°，顺椎弓根外侧皮质进入椎体，固定后CT加密扫描观察螺钉周围的皮质骨是否完整、是否靠近节段血管、是否穿透皮质骨，评价置入钉的准确性和安全性。34例患者共置入160枚胸椎椎弓根螺钉，固定后CT加密扫描和X射线片观察到148枚(92.5%)螺钉置入准确，12枚(7.5%)螺钉发生错置。

The theory of IPID covert network scanning was introduced, then the design and implementation of IPID covert network scanning under the operation Windows was proposed. In order to improve the efficiency of scanning, the chunk binary algorithm was introduced, then its performance was analyzed and was compared with other algorithm.

介绍了IPID隐蔽网络扫描原理，并在Windows操作系统下，设计和实现IPID隐蔽网络扫描系统原型；为了提高网络扫描效率，提出了&分块二分算法&，并对其进行了性能分析与比较。

The results show that the chunk binary algorithm is a good algorithm of IPID covert scanning, and the correctness and speed of IPID covert scanning is decided by setting delay time between getting two IPID.

研究结果表明，&分块二分算法&是适合IPID隐蔽网络扫描的，而是否合理设置两次取IPID序列号之间等待的基本延时，将决定IPID隐蔽网络扫描的正确性和扫描速度。

Methods 36 acute Pulmonary embolism patients were examined by technique that concentrateion of contrast medium controls the scanning of 16slice spiral CT.Among them,6 suspected of phlebothrombosis was given lower limb scanning in 170 seconds after thorax scanning.Volume data was transmitted to the work station and the reconstruction of multiplanar reformations,maximum intensity projection,volume rendering and virtual endoscopy.

采用16层螺旋CT触发扫描技术对36例急性肺栓塞患者行MSCTPA检查，其中6例可疑下肢静脉血栓患者在完成胸部扫描后延迟170 s行下肢扫描，容积数据传送至工作站后分别行多平面重建、最大密度投影、容积再现及仿真内窥镜成像。

采用16层螺旋CT触发扫描技术对36例急性肺栓塞患者行MSCTPA检查，其中6例可疑下肢静脉血栓患者在完成胸部扫描后延迟170 s行下肢扫描，容积数据传送至工作站后分别行多平面重建、最大密度投影、容积再现及仿真内窥镜成像。

Results］All 18 cases were observed the real and the false cavity satisfiedly in two kinds of scanning.

结果］18例患者MSCT主动脉全程增强扫描均满意观察到真、假腔的大小、范围、主要分支是否受累。18例采用心电门控扫描显示胸廓入口至主动脉裂口水平的主动脉真假腔与全程增强扫描一致。

Experiments show that THAD can detect system scans including slow scans and stealthy scans effectively,Compared with other methods,THAD improves accuracy of detection remarkably,and improves the efficiency of detection also.

测试表明，THAD可以有效地检测包括慢扫描和隐蔽扫描等多种系统扫描行为，与已有多种检测方法相比，THAD显著提高了检测的准确性，并提高了检测的效率和实时性。

After unenhanced ct scans were obtained, mdctde were performed after intravenous injection of contrast with a rate of 4 ml/s, successive scan for 45 s, subsequently scan at 65, 85, 105, 125, 145, 165, 185 and 205 s.

平扫后，以4 ml/s的速度静脉注入对比剂进行动态增强扫描，连续扫描45 s后，每20 s扫描一次至205 s。

Results: Brain metastatic tumor were localized on cerebral hemisphere in 13 patients, on cerebellums in 2 patients and on both cerebral and cerebella hemispheres in 5 patients. The metastasis numbers shown by conventional images were 19, 3 and 13 cases respectively and the numbers found by enhanced images were 25, 5, and 19 cases respectively.

结果：单纯幕上双侧大脑半球内发现病灶的有13例，平扫发现19个病灶，增强扫描发现25个病灶；单纯幕下双侧小脑半球内发现孤立病灶2例，平扫3个病灶，增强扫描发现5个病灶，幕上幕下同时发现病灶的5例，平扫发现13个病灶，增强扫描发现19个病灶。
