This paper takes advantage of the discrimination of attributes suggested from extended discriminable matrix.The improved ROUSTIDA extends the ability of packing missing data,and has a new ability to eliminate noise data.It also reduces running time.All that has been proved in experiments.

利用了可扩充辨识所反映的对象间的属性差异信息，对遗失属性进行填充，从而使改进后的ROUSTIDA算法的填充能力得到了很大的改善，同时还具备了初步排除噪声数据的能力，在性能上也有了很大的提高，实验表明改进的算法具有很好的实用价值。

The thesis based on Yellow River Diversion Project. Through the research of the existing design of the supervising system of Yellow River Diversion Project, this passage pointed out some problems hard to be dealt with as follows:(1) Owing to the dispersion of control points and remote transfers of data, it cost a lot to construct the network of the supervising system and it was hard to implement the construction.(2) The connection mode of network needed to be taken into acount. Once the configuration of network changed or the nodes increased, the supervising system needed to be reconfigured.(3) Owing to the tanglesome physical communication line, the man-made communication error happened frequently.(4) When the communication malfunction occured, it needed various engineers to check and repair the fault.(5) It cost a lot to operate and maintain the supervising system.

本文以世界银行援建项目&Yellow River Diversion Project&(引黄入晋工程，编号：0015-K81062)为背景，在对引黄入晋工程的远程监控系统进行研究分析的过程中，指出了该系统在目前采用的有线光纤和有线电缆通讯技术下难以处理的一些问题：(1)由于监控点分散且传输距离较远，有线光纤和有线电缆的网络建设成本很高，实施困难；(2)需要考虑节点之间的连接形式，一旦网络结构发生变化或节点需要扩充，监控系统便需要调整，耗费大量的人力物力；(3)由于系统庞大，通讯的物理线路较为繁乱，在建设和维护阶段容易出现人为触碰等引起的通讯故障；(4)在出现通讯故障时，需要多方人员配合进行故障检测，不仅耗费人力和物力，且不利于故障排除；(5)运行和维护成本较高，需要很多运行维护人员进行大量繁杂的工作。

the study aims at the actual network status of one work section in daqing oil field,makes a network analysis and planning for the new mixed model of this work section,expends wireless network for the work section on the basis of existing network,and conjoins wire and wireless network together to form an integrated oil field information transfer system.at the same time,using opnet modeler simulation flat roof to structure simulation models (network models,node models and a process model),and analyzing the functions and work mechanism of the major modules for related models,making a simulation for the structured network models,then according to the different parameters,analyzing the individual statistics comparatively such as delay,data dropped and so on,the effects of data packet,data rate and fragmentation threshold to the network performance are gained.after all these,the best structure network scheme for this improved section is determined.

摘 要：此项研究主要针对大庆油田某作业区的实际网络现状，对该作业区进行网络分析和规划，在该作业区现有的有线网络基础上扩充无线网络，实现有线网与无线网的综合，构成一个完整的油田传输信息体系。同时利用opnet modeler仿真平台为该作业区新建混合网络建立仿真模型(网络模型、节点模型和进程模型)，分析相关模型中主要模块的作用和工作机理，对已建立的网络模型进行仿真，在不同的参数设置下，通过对比分析时间延迟、丢包率等统计特性，得出数据包分组、数据率和拆分门限对网络性能的影响，最终决定改进网络的最佳组网方案。

This model describes the personal Agent's structure and relative algorithm, analyses the personal effect on agent's interaction and organization, improves Rizzo and Castelfranchi's research on Agent with personality, and extends the Agent behavior network models presented by Mase and Dorer.
