Here are strategies for radically solving it: As for the types, its achievement can be realized from the aspect of politics, law, moral and practice; as to the legitimacy of history, the success that the CPC has made is not "changing the dynasty" or "controlling the power quickly" in the traditional sense; as for the cultural meaning,"ruling for the people" is the essential value judgment for the ruling legitimacy; as to the historical experience, it is requisite to be concerned about "the doctrine of innateness" or "the theory of gaining lasting repose once and for all" about the ruling position and its legitimacy; developing the cultivating inner democracy within the Party and drawing on and keeping in mind the historical experience all need to be taken into consideration.

就类型而言，可从政治学、法学、道德、实践诸方面认识执政合法性的取得；从历史合法性看，中共革命成功非中国传统意义上的"改朝换代"和"马上得天下"；从文化意义上看，"执政为民"是执政合法性的根本价值判断；就历史经验看，忧虑执政地位与执政合法性的与生俱来说和一劳永逸成为必然；发展和培育党内民主、借鉴和牢记历史经验都是值得深切思考的，这是从根本解决长期执政合法性问题的基本策略。

For carrying out the'Human-oriented'ruling idea really and truly, our party should consider to emphasize some aspects as follow to explore new ruling fulfillment actively: first, concerning the value aim, we should establish the synthetic appraisive system of economic and social development rather than pursuing economic increase only; second, concerning the ruling way, we should insist on ruling by science, ruling by law and ruling by democracy; third, we should persist in'Human-oriented', and actualize good governance strivingly.

为了使&以人为本&执政理念得以真正的贯彻和落实，我们党应当考虑着重从以下几个方面积极探索新的执政实践：一是在价值取向上从单纯追求经济指标增长转为建立经济社会发展综合评价体系，二是在执政方式上坚持科学执政、依法执政、民主执政，三是坚持&以人为本&，努力实施善治。
