Topotecan is effective in the treatment of hard-cured SCLC with modest effects, and may be one of the better choices of recurrent and resistant SCLC.

拓扑替康单药治疗难治性SCLC具有较好的疗效并可以作为SCLC的二线治疗药物应用。

Methods: 38 patients of hard-cured SCLC with Topotecan 1.2 mg /m2.d ,iv,d1-5,21 days a cycle, came to 2-3 cycles.

难治性SCLC患者38例，采用拓扑替康（Topotecan，T，金喜素）1.2mg/m2.d ，静脉滴注，d1-5，21天为一个周期，共计2-3个周期。
