Objective:To explore and discuss humeral condyle fracture of the surgical approach,fixation methods and results.

目的：探讨双侧入路双钢板固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折的手术入路及手术效果。

从第二次手术得知，病人是多发性肠间脓肿引起的感染性休克，怀疑造成感染的原因是直肠手术发生吻合口瘘（因直肠有漏洞造成粪便漏到腹腔而引起感染）。

to explore and summarize the application efficacy of dhs fixation in elderly intertrochanteric femoral bone.methods in shangqiu fifth people's hospital from january 2000 to june 2007 the application of dhs treatment to intertrochanteric fracture has 58 cases, among which male 19 cases, female 39 cases, age 60~98 year old, average age 71 year old, all carry out dhs for fracture fixation.results after six months to 3 years of follow-up, 58 cases of this group has 47 cases with normal walking, without coxa vara, postoperative excellent rate is 81.03%.conclusion grasp the operative indication, intraoperative master key, dhs is the better choices to the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.

目的 探讨和总结dhs内固定在老年人股骨转子间骨折中的应用疗效。方法商丘市第五人民医院自2000年1月至2007年6月应用dhs治疗股骨转子间骨折58例，其中男性19例，女性39例，年龄60～98岁，平均年龄71岁，均行dhs对骨折固定。结果经半年至3年随访，本组58例患者有47例能正常行走，无髋内翻，术后优良率81.03%。结论把握手术适应证，术中掌握操作要领，dhs是治疗股骨转子间骨折的较好选择。

Cases with bone graft fusion were Resected lateral part of lesion vertebral lamina and process;2 cases were treated with contralateral interanticular process and vertebral lamina bone graft fusion; 2 cases with intravertebral fusion were treated by laminectomy and arthrectomy of one side by posterior route and USS implantating; Others cases were routine internal fixation.

行植骨融合术2 例，切除患侧椎板外半和椎间相应关节突；行对侧椎板关节突间植骨融合2例，行后路半椎板和一侧小关节切除USS 植入，椎间融合2例，余采用常规手术内固定。

The transurethral partly resection of prostate is a good treatment for the BPH patients at high risk,it has the advantages of shorter operation time ,less bleading early resumption and satisfactory results , the prostatectomy is more trauma , but can totally cut the prostate is the foundamental operation of prostatectomies , it can be chosed if the TURP is failure and it is suitable to be developed in the matrical hospital and the beginners .

经尿道前列腺部分电切术治疗高危前列腺增生的效果理想，具有手术时间短、出血少、创面小、恢复快，并发症少等优点。耻骨上前列腺摘除术创伤较大，但切除腺体彻底，是一切前列腺手术的基础，可作为腔内手术失败后的备选治疗方案，适宜在广大基层医院及初学者间开展。

They were divided into three groups:nonfusion, posterolateral fusion and intervertebral fusion. After a long term follow-up (≥2y),their clinical data were reviewed to compared their improvement rate of lower back pain,JOA score , subside rate of disc height and chang rate of superior intervertebral space angle.

从2001年5月～2005年8月手术治疗74例单纯髓核摘除术后腰突症复发的患者，将患者分成3组：全椎板切除髓核摘除组，后外侧融合组和后路椎间融合组，经过长期随访(≥2年)，复习其临床资料，比较各组间的下腰痛JOA评分改善率，椎间高度下降率以及上一椎间隙角的改变率，从而比较不同术式的长期疗效。

During operation, epileptogenic focus was delineated by EEG/ECoG and functional area was located by direct cortex electrical stimulation. Epileptic focus was resected if not involved the functional area, and multiple subpial transactions was performed when involved functional area.

术中通过皮层EEG对致疒间灶定位，通过皮层诱发电位及皮质电刺激定位脑功能区，对位于功能区以外的致疒间灶行切除性手术，功能区内的致疒间灶行软脑膜下横行纤维切断术。

Rat models were successfully established by twice operations. First, OJ was induced by common bile duct ligation and division. On the 7th day after the first operation, ED was performed by exteriorizing a drainage tube at the nape of the rat, while ID by implanting a drainage tube between the dilated end of CBD and duodenum.

采用成年雄性Sprague Dawley大鼠60只，随机分成梗阻性黄疸、胆汁内引流、胆汁外引流和假手术4组，每组15只，通过第一次开腹手术结扎并切断胆总管建立OJ模型，术后7天第二次手术，从膨大的胆管末端插入并固定引流管，经皮下固定于大鼠颈背部皮肤建立ED模型；ID模型通过在膨大的胆管末端和十二指肠间植入支架形成。

However,the techniques of Gamma nails was simple,with short time,of firm fixation,minimal injury,less bleedings, and with high ratio of bony healing.So it was very suitable for the femoral intertrochanteric fracture of the aged people,and worthful for recommendation of surgery.
