Objective To investigate the effects of different surgery for unstable intertrochanteric fractuer of the femur in elderly patients.

目的 探讨老年不稳定性股骨转子间骨折的各类手术疗效。

Abstract］ Objective To discuss the surgical method and efficacy of the femoral intertrochanteric fractures of the aged people.

摘要］ 目的探讨高龄患者股骨粗隆间骨折的手术方法及疗效。

The cervical lordotic angles,intervertebral space heights and Cobb's angles were observed by radiography between pre and post operation and evaluated.

对该组病人手术前后及随访期间的颈椎前弯度、椎间高度和施术阶段的Cobb角变化进行影像学观测，并评价临床效果。

All the cases were observed on symptoms,signs and the changes of lumbar lordotic angle and intervertebral space height on radiology before and after operation,and the area of interbody graft was measured by postoperative CT. A follow-up period was lasted for 6-26 months to observe initial clinical effect and fusion rate.

观察手术前后的症状、体征、影像学上的腰椎前凸角、椎间隙高度指数的变化，以及手术后CT检查椎体间植骨面积，同时随访6~26个月观察初期临床疗效和融合率。

The method has the advantage of decompression effectively with high fuse rate,maintain the cervical lordotic angles and intervertebral space heights and was the optimal method for clinical used in elderly.

Methods All operation were performed in normal radioparent operatingtable,an 8cm incision is located in fibular of the patella ligament, drill in the femoral intercondylar ,the fracture is manipulatively reducted with the knee flexion, enlarging the medulla ,then interlocking intramedullary nail is inserted.

手术均在能透视的普通手术台进行，于髌韧带外侧缘做8 cm的切口，经股骨髁间窝开孔，膝关节屈曲手法复位，依次扩髓，逆行穿入带锁钉。

It was possible to achieve centric occlusion in 79 of 80 children with the endotracheal tube positioned in the retromolar space. Retromolar intubation was successfully accomplished in six pediatric patients undergoing maxillomandibular fixation and maxillofacial surgery.
