Methods: Fifty four teeth with 54 interacanal fractured instrument were endodontically treated using G-G bur with ultrasonic techinque under dental operating microsc. The unsuccess rates were calculated and analysed.

收集2006年11月～2007年12月间根管内折断器械共计54例（54个根管），在根管手术显微镜下用G-G钻结合超声技术处理，记录折断器械在根管中的分布以及根管中的位置，分析失败病例的原因。

Results The present series included 28 cases of stromal tumor, 3 lipoma, 3 cyst, 5 ectopic pancrease, 2 esophageal cancer, 4 gastric cancer, 6 polyp, 6 protuberance from outside organ, 1 esophageal varix and 4 gastritis. 12 of the lesions were resected under endoscopy, and 11 patients were managed by surgery.

结果 62例食管、胃十二指肠隆起性病变患者中，包括间质瘤28例，脂肪瘤3例，囊肿3例，异位胰腺5例，食管癌2例，胃癌4例，息肉6例，外压性病变6例，食管静脉瘤1例，胃炎4例；其中12例行内镜下切除，11例行手术治疗。

以20~100 mg/L的MS-222在水温15~25℃条件下对中华鲟和施氏鲟(A.schrenckii)的麻醉效果进行试验，中华鲟或施氏鲟分别达到不同程度的麻醉状态甚至出现死亡。30~40 mg/L的MS-222具有较好的麻醉效果，鱼的活动量明显下降，可保持镇静并维持身体平衡和正常体位，麻醉48 h后，在清水中数分钟内可恢复正常游动状态，适合于长途运输。50~100 mg/L的MS-222对中华鲟和施氏鲟具有较强的麻醉作用，适合于进行短时间的操作，如捉拿、称重、测量、外科手术、体外标记等。

Methods:Paticipants consisted of 32 simple VSD patients and 27 simple PDA patients excluded of any other diseases by physical examintation and electrocardiogram and x-ray. 研究对象与方法：研究对象分别为排除其它心脏疾患的单纯动脉导管未闭患儿及单纯室间隔缺损患儿，手术治疗前后于心电监护下先行常规超声检查，获取心率、R-R间期、左室射血分数、主动脉峰值流速、左室收缩末期内径及左室舒张末期内径等值，并分别利用频谱多谱勒及组织多谱勒法测取患儿左室Tei指数(即PW-Tei及TDI-Tei)，多次测量并取其均值。
