Objective To study the etiology,clinical characters and surgical procedures of senile ptosis.Methods 27 eyes of 21 patients were underwent aponeurosis surgeries through skin incision according to different aponeurosis defects during operation findings.

Literature Research The etiological factors of POF are not still clear. The changes of sites and numbers in X chromatosome, X; autosome translocations, a forkhead transcription factor gene (FOXL2) mutations, FRAXA premutations and inhibits gene mutations are found in POF patients, so genetic disorders have been thought to be involved. Irradiation, chemotherapy or pelvic operations can damage ovaries and cause ovarian atrophy and failure, so it is thought one factor of POF.

一、文献研究 POF的确切病因目前尚不清楚，从POF患者体内检测到X染色体上位点和数目的变化，X染色体与常染色体间的平衡易位，脆性X基因前突变，FOXL2基因突变，抑制素基因突变等，故认为POF发生与遗传因素有关；由于放射、化疗或盆腔手术等可损伤卵巢，导致卵巢萎缩，出现卵巢衰竭，故也是导致POF的因素之一。

Methods:A restrospectively analyzsis was made on the clinical data of 96 patients with consecutive 106 ALEI limbs. In which Fogarty catheter embolectomy was used as the initial treatment for ALEI in a regular operating room or in an intervention therapy room under DSA monitoring,and graft bypass after embolectomy was performed on 8 cases(12 limbs).

回顾性总结4年来我科收治的96例（106条肢体）急性下肢缺血患者的临床资料。106条患肢均采用外科手术治疗；主要用Fogarty管在手术室或介入室DSA监测下行取栓，8例（12条肢体）患者在取栓的基础上进行解剖外人工血管转流。

通过回顾性病例分析研究，总结2006年8月至2007年9月本院收治的经过眼部超声、影像学以及眼底照相检查（RetCam婴幼儿眼底照相机）确诊为RB的患儿共66人，按照国际眼内视网膜母细胞瘤分期系统分期，A期选择局部治疗，B、C、D、E期在系统化疗（CCTV方案，环孢霉素、卡铂、替尼泊苷、长春新碱）的基础上，联合手术（包括局部治疗、眼球摘除和眶内容剜出）治疗，随访6个月以上。
