Methods: 37 patients with distal clavicle fracture were treated with three different methods, 1 fixation by AO plate (20 cases), and 2 reconstructed coracoclavicular ligament by using Ethibond 5# suture (8 cases), 3 reconstructed coracoclavicular ligament by using suture anchor (9cases a).

对37例锁骨远端骨折患者分别采用锁骨钩钢板固定；切开复位并用ETHIBOND 5#线穿过喙突固定于锁骨骨折近端以重建喙锁韧带；切开复位后在喙突上置入2枚缝合锚，锚尾端的缝线固定于锁骨骨折近端以重建喙锁韧带三种不同手术方法进行治疗。

Random cent is 120 patients that the method excises appendix of lens of travel abdominal cavity the operation observation group and contrast group, each 60, contrast group give convention to nurse, observation group restores to hold in the application on this foundation take exercise, compare 2 groups of bowel to cry sound restore time, anal exhaust time and costive occurence rate.

方法将行腹腔镜阑尾切除手术的120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上应用恢复操锻炼，比较2组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间及便秘发生率。

Results Among 85 cases, 46 cases were lipomas, Twenty-seven cases were sebaceous cysts, 19 cases were angeiomas, 8 cases were fibroids, 5 cases were ganglionic cysts, 3 cases were neurilemmomas,1 case was dermal nevus, 1 cases was fattey necrosis, 1 case was adipositis, 1 case was foreign-body granuloma,1 case was calcified epithelioma.

回顾性分析85例体表良性肿块的超声表现，总结其声像图特征，所有病例均经手术病理证实。结果 85例中脂肪瘤46例，皮脂腺囊肿27例，血管瘤19例，纤维瘤8例，腱鞘滑液囊肿5例，神经鞘膜瘤3例，皮肤痣、脂肪坏死、脂膜炎、异物肉芽肿、钙化上皮瘤各1例。
