This set is about Folk went to the hospital for a physical therapy to cure his injured wrist. Nurse PiengOr was taking care of him on that wrist therapy session but he equivocated and hold her hand instead and use the hand sign which mean 'Love' to her with his naughty act. This made PiengOr so embarrassed and threaten him to stop otherwise she would call a doctor. Folk replied "I am still afraid of Doctor but because I have you here with me, I am no longer afraid of".
