A fast and real-time algorithm to obtain some vectors of the projection matrix is proposed in this dissertation to solve the conflict of time cost by matrix obtainment and memory occupied by matrix, and speed the iterative algorithm.

The first one is to generate the circle for each borderline segment of the component by considering the segment length and the prescribed tolerance value.
