扁桃体周炎

Objective To summarize the experiences in diagnosis and treatment of peritonsillar abscess. Methods There 13 peritonsillitis and 84 peritonsillar abscess patients were reviewed.

目的 探讨扁桃体周围脓肿诊断治疗的经验方法分析扁桃体周围炎13例，扁周脓肿84例。

Patients with peritonsillar abscess were treated with needle aspiration, incision drainage of pus or abscess tonsillectomy together with appropriate antibiotic therapy.

扁周脓肿患者采用穿刺抽脓、切开排脓或脓肿扁桃体摘除术并配合适当抗生素进行治疗，而扁周炎只需单纯抗生素治疗。
