The bifurcation and chaos behavior of impact and rubbing fault rotor system caused by the parameters of nonlinear rigidity, rotor rotating speed, eccentric mass is analyzed, in the numerical value analysis method. The bifurcation diagrams, maximum Lyapunov exponent diagrams, Poincaré maps, phase plane portraits, trajectories of journal center, time-history curve, amplitude spectra diagrams of the rotor motion are used. The convert and evolution course of periodical response, quasi-periodical response, double-periodical bifurcation, chaos of the system response is analyzed.(3). It is deduced that the general differential equation of bending-torsional-pendular coupling vibration about rotor with the gyroscopic moment. On the basis of this equation, the general differential equations of coupled bending, torsional and pendular nonlinear vibration about rotor with unbalance character and rubbing character are deduced.

A kind of special encasing material is developed and used to reinforce the part in the project, which can compound different color according to different requirement .It provides obvious gray scale contrast between the image of part and encasing material and it can obtain the accurate contour of a parts cross section. This kind of material has good machinability, additives and proper toughness. The whole encasing process is simple and rapid.

本项目开发研制了一种专用封装材料来封装被测零件，封装材料根据不同的需要，可以配置出不同的颜色，使得与被测零件的图象颜色具有较明显差别，能够提取出精确的零件截面的边界轮廓，并且具有良好的粘合性能、机械性能和适当的韧性，操作也比较简单。

According to practical work condition, section of a three segment hoist boom is self-determined with SECWRITE commands, then a finite element model is directly established in ANSYS environment with ANSYS finite element analysis software. Using Beam44 beam unit and node degree of freedom coupling technique to simulate connecting between each boom section and conduct finite element analysis, calculated result of stress deformation for the boom is obtained. The result from digital simulation is in relative coincidence with theoretical analytic result and the nonlinear decline occurrence in boom bending moment curve is explained.

以ANSYS有限元分析软件为工具，按吊臂实际工况，运用SECWRITE命令自定义三节吊臂截面直接在ANSYS环境下创建有限元模型，使用Beam44梁单元和节点自由度耦合技术模拟各节臂的连接，进行有限元分析，得到吊臂应力变形数值计算结果，数值模拟所得结果与理论解析解相吻合，解释吊臂弯矩图出现非线性下降的原因。
