Secondly, this paper analyses the changes of each elements according to our countrys circumstances, which have certain comprehensive. Thirdly, this paper adheres to unition of theory and practise, and demonstrates in terms of the conditions in our country, which have guidance meaning to the financial management practice.

首先，本文对&入世&后我国企业财务管理理论构成元素进行界定，共包括十二个元素，确定变动点元素是财务管理环境、逻辑起点元素是财务管理目标、基本线索是财务管理实践活动，从而理清它们之间相丘联系和伯互依存的严密逻辑关系，建立新的企业财务管理理论框架，具有一定的创新性；其次，本文结合我国加入＊后的具体国情，对我国企业财务管理理论创新重点进行深入浅出的分析，具有一定的前瞻性：再次，本文坚持理沦性与实践性的统一，立论及论证都紧扣我国的实际情况，对实践有一定的指导意义。

On the aspect of contract law: Firstly, this article particularizes the regulations which request proprietor expose relevant information in the long distance selling and make some suggestion that consumer should acquire more information in E-commerce. Secondly, it compares the right of unthreading commodity in Taiwan region and that in EU and suggests that consumer who makes shopping in INTERNET should have the right of unconditional unthreading commodity in certain period. Thirdly, it analyses the specialty of digital commodity transaction, pointing the peculiar regulation of computer information transactions in America and its meaning to China. Fourthly, it enumerates the action of regulating format contract in INTERNET and suggests contract item should be strictly regulated.

其中，在合同法保护方面：一是列举了欧盟、日本关于远距离销售中经营者信息披露义务的规定，提出加强我国电子商务中消费者知情权保护的建议；二是比较了我国消费者退货权与台湾地区和欧盟的差距，建议明确赋予网上购物的消费者一定期间无条件的退货权；三是分析了数字化商品交易的特殊性，举出国外特别是美国在规制计算机信息交易方面的独到之处，及对我国的借鉴意义；四是列举了欧美和我国台湾地区规制网上格式合同方面好的做法，提出加强对网上格式条款规制的建议。

The results were showed that a high genetic diversity was observed using these molecular markers. Fifty-four Japanese plum cultivars were classified five groups from the dendrogram. The majority of cultivars of northern areas in China were clustered together, and cultivars of southern areas in China were clustered together. This kind of study is of great importance both in theory and in practice. The objective of this thesis is to analyze the immediate problems of the monetary policy in China which are found in its subject, utility goals, intermediate targets, means of implementation and conducting mode. This study is carried out by drawing lessons from western monetary policy theory and by making comparisons on a historical and international basis. In this thesis, the problems are analyzed by citing theories as well as listing examples so as to make the analysis logical. With the help of the analysis and by considering the actual situation of the economy in China, the author also gives some suggestions on how to scientifically formulating and effectively implementing the monetary policy in China after a careful anatomizing of China's monetary policy.

因此，本文的研究主题就是在全面借鉴国外货币政策理论的基础上，贯彻理论研究与实践分析、逻辑推理与历史演绎、横向比较与纵向比较、理论继承与观点创新相统一的研究原则和写作方法，重点结合改革开放20多年来中国货币政策的实践，系统、深入地分析我国货币政策在主体、最终目标、中介目标、操作工具和传导机制方面存在的突出问题，在此基础上，结合我国经济发展的现状和要求，对我国货币政策理论体系进行层次梳理和系统重构，并对提高我国货币政策制定的科学性和实施的有效性提出政策建议。

There are six chapters altogether. Chapter One mainly introduces the basic theory of Executive Stock Options. Chapter Two sets emphasis on the related system construction, and points out the main barriers of practice in China, and also provides some feasible suggestions. Chapter Three, Chapter Four and Chapter Five are the main body of this paper, and they discuss the recognition, measurement and disclosure of accounting for stock option respectively, which are based on the new development in the world. Based on the situation of our country, Chapter Six construes the actuality of accounting in China, and points out some useful suggestions.
