When we honestly ask ourselves which person in our lives means the most to usk, we often find that it is those who, instead of giving much advice ,solutions, or cures, have closen rather to share our pain and touch our wounds with a gentle and tender hand.

当我们坦率地问自己哪能种人在我们的生活中对我们最具有意义时，我们常常会发现不是那些给我们很多劝告、答案或对策的人。而是那些选择分担我们的痛苦，用温柔而亲切的手抚慰我们的创伤的人。

We become dead shells of ourselves , eking out an existence , giving up on the dreams that we had for ourselves , allowing our creativity and potential to languish in the process we call life .

For long time, we are taught that the water we drink is hygeian, the food we eat is safe, and the government says noting about how to prevent the potential threat caused by environmental pollution, also we have no awareness to know about whether our water, air, quality and the food will be hazard to our life.

There are so many things that make our life heavy and messed-up. Too complicated thinking, too lumbersome burden, disordered bothering, and too much temptation, all these things stop us, and ruin us severely in an invisible way.

In our daily life ,there are many occasions on which we should not hesitate to say "no"when asked for help.for one thing ,when we are not able to offer help ,we should give others a direct reply "no".for another ,when the thing we are asked fro is unreasonable or even illegal,we should also say "no"to the requirer.

We have alot to learn from his mission so that, we can actualise our dreams by seeking after rigthousness and be thirty for it in our daily living and lay fear aside but just be sure what you're pursuing is so dare to God,having our hope reckone that, at the last day heaven is our home.

That is why i say that we are one with GOD like jesus is saying "I and the Father are one" and truly then we are all one when the time comes that is why he admonishes us to love GOD above anything else and love our neighbors our brothers and sisters because we are all part of one body.
