In this study we observed the characters of cyclooxyenase-2 expressions and distributions in rat alveolar osteoblasts in vivo or in vitro in different force environments. And we tried to find the suitable mechanical environment to benefit the reproduction and remodification of alveolar bone in oral clinical treatment.

We studied the osteogenic function by roentgenography,histological,alkaline phosphate,calcium,phosphate and biomechanical changes during the repairing process of bone defects of femoral head.

METHODS: The rib trabeculae were resected and broken, trypsinizated and washed completely by PBS. Bone surface and non-adhesive floating cells in cleaning fluid were observed with inverted microscope. Rib trabeculae was washed by DMEM culture medium once, and cultured in culture bottle.
