Tumor cells grew actively in the tumor tissues of the control group. Prodrug therapy group: small amount of tumor cells were denatured vacuously,others were infiltrated by lympholeukocyte,and the growth of tumor cells were surspressed.Prodrug themochemotherapy group: what we can see that tumor cells were denatured vacuously, mesoplasts crinkled, cellular boundary disappered, only a small number of tumor cells remained, fibroblast were seen scatteredly, tumor cells were invaded by a lot of lympholeukocyte and eosinophilic granulocyte. Normal liver tissues, stomach tissues, lung tissues, pancreas tissues, small intestine tissues, large intestine tissues showed normal shape.

对照组肿瘤组织见肿瘤细胞生长活跃；前药治疗组肿瘤组织见有少量细胞空泡变性，少量淋巴细胞浸润，肿瘤细胞生长受到抑制；前药热疗组肿瘤组织可见肿瘤细胞空泡变性，细胞核皱缩，边集甚至消失，仅残留少量肿瘤细胞，并可见散在的成纤维细胞，大量淋巴细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞浸润；3组裸鼠正常肝组织、胃、肺、胰腺、小肠、大肠组织均呈正常形态学，无病理性损伤改变。

Results 6 patients with PAP presented with ground-glass opacification of the bilateral lungs on HRCT. Typical chest HRCT scan showed "map-like" lesions in 3 cases and "cobble stone-like" lesions in 3 cases. Multifocal consolidative opacities in the lungs were seen on HRCT in 3 cases. Lung biopsies from 6 patients with PAP revealed a prominent positive periodic acid-Schiff intra-alveolar exudates. There were normal alveolar spetasis in 3 patients while interstitial thickening, fibroblast hyperplasia, interstitial fibrosis in the others.

结果 6例患者在不同层面可见磨玻璃影，其中2例可见小结节影；3例表现为两肺斑片状磨玻璃影与周围肺组织分界清楚，呈地图样改变；3例因磨玻璃影与小叶间隔增厚交织成铺路石样改变；3例可见肺泡实变融合成密度较高的斑片状阴影，1例在肺泡实变区可见&空气支气管征&。6例患者活检肺组织在光镜下显示肺泡腔内充满大量块状或颗粒状嗜伊红物质，PAS染色阳性，AB染色阴性，其中3例肺泡间隔正常，3例肺泡间隔增宽，可见慢性炎性细胞浸润、成纤维细胞增生和胶原沉积。

The COX-2 positive cells were odontoblasts, pulpal fibroblasts vascularendothelial cells and macrophages (positive neutrophils could be found in some cases of the second group and of the third group).(3)We found that COX-2 developed up with HIF-1 a in third group ,but against it infourth group.

In order to study the mechanism of the inhibitory effect of salvia miltiorrhiza and tetramethyl pyrazine on scar fibroblast, the DNA content of fibroblast and the all distribution in cellular cycle was measured by FCM. The hypertrophic scar tissue of chest was chosen for primary culture of fibroblast.

摘 要 应用流式细胞光度分析法测定丹参和川芎嗪对体外培养的瘢痕成纤维细胞DNA相对含量和细胞周期时相变化，发现药物在一定浓度作用下，DNA指数无明显变化；丹参使C2-M期细胞分布增多，G2-M期延长；川芎嗪使G2-M期细胞分布增多，G2-M期、S期延长；药物使细胞群体倍增时间延长，与浓度呈明显直线正相关。

Results Most OECs were bipolar or tripolar, and the purity was estimated to be over 88.7%. The non-OECs cells consists of astrocytes, neurons, oligodendrocytes and fibroblas.

结果 体外培养的新生小鼠嗅鞘细胞主要为双极或三极细胞，其纯度可以达到88.7%以上，污染细胞中有星形胶质细胞、神经元、少突胶质细胞和成纤维细胞。

RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Osteoblast was fusiformed-shaped and had plentiful processes. Nucleus was orbicular-ovate and leaning to lateral side. Soma was large, and plasma was abundant. Alkaline phosphatase staining suggested that a great number of gray-black particles were observed in plasma, and some region was darkly stained.

结果与结论：成骨细胞呈梭形，多突起；细胞核呈卵圆形，偏于一侧；胞体大，胞浆丰富；碱性磷酸酶染色可见胞浆中含有大量的灰黑色颗粒，某些部位染成黑色，定量分析细胞内的碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素水平明显高于成纤维细胞；细胞免疫组织化学染色表明其主要合成Ⅰ型胶原。

RESULTS Expression rate of MHCI antigen of cult ured smooth muscle cells and fibroblast was (88.7±4.3)%,(84.8±2.0)%respectively; and th at of the revived smooth muscle cells and fibroblasts of aortic homografts after cryoprese rvation was (89.4±3.5)%,(81.9±2.7)%respectively.
