The malignant tumors included osteogenic osteosarcoma,metastasis tumor(six patients,two with pathologic fractures),chondrosarcoma,malignant fibrous histiocytoma (three patients,one with pathologic fracture),fibrosarcoma,and solitary myeloma.all patients received limb savage procedure with custom knee prosthesis including sevnteen cases of hinge joint and twentyone cases of posterior stability joints.

回顾分析我院接受定制型人工关节置换进行保肢治疗的股骨远端肿瘤患者38 例，其中良性肿瘤9 例，分别是骨巨细胞瘤7例(复发性骨巨细胞瘤5 例，骨折2例)，骨巨细胞瘤合并动脉瘤样骨囊肿1 例，骨母细胞瘤1 例；恶性肿瘤29 例，分别是成骨性骨肉瘤16 例，转移性肿瘤6例(骨折2例)，软骨肉瘤2 例，恶性纤维组织细胞瘤3例(骨折1例)，纤维肉瘤1 例，局灶性骨髓瘤1 例。

The GFAP is a specific marker of astrocyte, its expression is more higher in the activity astrocyte, and finally the GFAP become the main composition of scar formations. The S -100 is a kind of acidity, dissolubilites, low molecular quantity and calcium hydronium conjugated protein, and it is mainly existed in neuroglial cell and schwann cell. It can promote the growth of axon, glial hyper-plasia and nerve divide and calcium's stability inside of cell, thus regulatin g the shape and metabolism of astrocyte . The quantity of S -100 protein and the degree of ischemia have direct proportion .

胶质纤维酸性蛋白是星形胶质细胞的特异性标记物，在活性星形胶质细胞中GFAP的表达相对更高，且最后GFAP成为胶质疤痕的主要成份。S-100蛋白是一种酸性、可溶性、低分子量的钙离子结合蛋白，主要存在于胶质细胞和雪旺细胞中，它可促进轴突生长、胶质增生、神经分化和细胞内钙的稳定，从而调节星形胶质细胞的形态和代谢。S-100蛋白与缺血的程度是成正比的。

On magnification, all tumors have sharp peripheral circumscription and all tumors were confined to the upper dermis,and tumor continuity with the epidermis was noted in some cases.Some basloid aggregations associated with a palisaded alignment of the cells at the periphery of the aggregations can be seen..

镜下可见肿瘤边界清楚，大多位于真皮浅层，部分与表皮相连，可见多数基底样细胞集合，周边细胞核成栅栏样排列，绕以明显的纤维性基质以及纤维母细胞，有时在结缔组织之间可见裂隙。

In the leaves of Liriodendroideae, some of the abaxial epidermal cells are papillose and the vascular tissue of the main vein appears to be separated. However, papillose were not found and there are uniseriate, multicellular or unicellular hairs distributed on the epidermis, and the vascular tissue of the main vein appears to be continuous in the leaves of Magnolioideae. Furthermore, in the Magnolioideae, the structure of the leaves of plants in Manglietia are different from that of Magnolia.

结果表明：鹅掌楸亚科和木兰亚科在叶的结构上的主要区别是鹅掌楸亚科两种植物叶的部分下表皮细胞呈乳突状，且整个细胞外壁只形成一个乳突，而在木兰亚科的植物中有单列多细胞或单细胞的表皮毛，未发现乳突；鹅掌楸亚科植物的叶主脉维管组织环分隔呈束状，且其外包被的纤维也排列成束状，而木兰亚科的80种1亚种植物中，叶主脉维管组织连成轮状，其外面也由一圈连续的纤维环所包围。

Most endothelial cells fell off, elastic fibre autolyze; the number of SMC decreased, some SMC nucleus contracted completely or depressed, typical apoptosis body were seen in later stage, muscle silk autolyzed and disappeared mostly; in outer layer saw much collagenic fiber, arranged unorderly; inflammation cells were seen in the aneurysm wall(hypertrophy cell et al.).

多数瘤壁的内皮细胞溶解脱落，不连续，弹力纤维自溶；动脉瘤血管壁均可见SMC明显减少，较多SMC染色质边聚、固缩，部分SMC核全部固缩或出现不规则凹陷，SMC核胞浆或胞核部分出现脱落或裂解成碎片，晚期可见典型的凋亡小体出现，肌丝大都自溶消失：外膜可见大量的胶原纤维，排列较紊乱；瘤壁还可见炎性细胞浸润。

The human cartilages are composed of chondrocyte and extracellular matrix , the form of chondrocytes are hypertrophy and the quantity are less; the ECM of cartilage are compised of type Ⅱ collagen and proteoglycan. Articular cartilages are all hyaline with little fibers. Trauma and arthritis are the main cause of cartilage injury, the ommilayer injury ofcartilage can be recovered by marrow, but because of without stimulation mechanism, the new tissues are merely fibrocartilages, they can not be coincide with hyaline cartilage in menchanics; the purely damage of articular cartilage can not stimulate chondrocyte to regenerate because of without blood circulation, thus, the plerosis of articular catilage can not depend on the proliferation of local chondrocyte. Ever since, people tried their best to find a way to reconstruct articular cartilage.

MATERIALS AND METHODS: Arg to Ser mutation was introduced into the 249 position of the p53 gene by knock-in method. These ES cells with this mutation were selected according to the homologues-recombination with PCR and Southern blot. The positive ES cells without a selection marker were injected into blastocysts recovered from Hprt(superscript -/-) mice, which were derived from Hprt-deficient ES cells. The injected blastocysts then were implanted into pseudopregnant females.

材料与方法：利用基因打靶技术在小鼠胚胎干细胞p53基因249编码子中引入点突变，使编码子249由精氨酸变成丝氨酸，然后将含突变的ES细胞显微注射到Hprt小鼠囊胚中，将注射过的囊胚植入假孕的雌性小鼠子宫，到第14d取小鼠胚胎纤维母细胞，用含HAT的培养液筛选出从ES细胞分化而成的鼠EF细胞，经测序证实细胞含有由249Arg到Ser的突变。

The tumors ranged from 5.5 to 20 cm and had a characteristic histologic appearance with irregular, sharply circumscribed nests and islands of bland-appearing spindled to focally epithelioid cells, surrounded by a cellular desmoplastic stroma.

这9例肿瘤大小为5.5至20cm，瘤组织特征性地表现为：温和的梭形细胞至灶性上皮样细胞排列成巢或成岛，这些细胞巢团界限相当清楚但不规则，周围间质细胞丰富、促纤维组织增生性。

The reticulated vessel which has large cavity has thicker wall due to more elastic fibers and more smooth muscles and its endothelium is cuboidal epithelium which has rotundity karyons. But the reticulated vessel which has small cavity has thinner wall due to less elastic fibers and less smooth muscles and its endothelial cells are flat epithelial cells which have long-shuttle-shaped karyons. In some regions, the ducts are very small in diameter and thin of wall, and they become blood sinus in the end.
