Therefore, disease in the population has become more common recently. In view of this, submicron Negative-Ion powders and excited materials were adopted in this research. The submicron NI powders and excited material powders were treated with a dispersing agent and a ball mill used first, then it was blended evenly into water-borne polyurethane by a planetary deaerate stirring machine, and finally the water-borne PU composite films were coated onto release paper with a coating rod. The main purpose of this work is to manufacture a permanent composite film which is able to release NIs. Such film is expected to not only release amounts of NI but also absorb smells and effectively create fresh air.

有鉴於此，本研究采用次微米负离子粉体及激发材，先添加分散剂后利用球磨机做处理，再将次微米负离子粉体与激发材添加至水性聚氨基甲酸酯中，经由行星式脱泡搅拌机均匀混合，再以湿式涂布法，经由涂布棒涂布於离型纸上，脱膜后成复合薄膜，制备出於空气中释放负离子、吸收异味且清洁空气之永久型复合薄膜。

In terms of tourism resources consumed,"natural coastal experience" and "natural landscape experience were more favourable when compared to "manmade cultural/entertainment experience"."Manmade historic experience was not mentioned at all. Conclusion: The survey provided support that sport tourism environment and activity forms evoke different motivating factors.

结果：(1)游客主要的运动观光参与动机依序为「运动体验」、「解压与社交」、「满足新奇」与「消磨与刺激」筝四因素；(2)游客参与运动观光活动的类型前十项，依序为散步、浮潜、游泳、香蕉船、泡温泉、海滩游戏、水疗、自行车、登山、赛车，前五项活动合计已占全部运动观光活动八成以上；(3)运动观光客的运动经验以「天然环境的挑战」、「人工环境的挑战」为主，「竞技式人之挑战」及「技击式人之挑战」较少，而其使用的观光资源经」验主要为「自然海岸经验」与「自然风景经验」，其次为「人造文化娱乐经验」，而「人造历史经验」在此地区则未出现。

Results:Whith the time and doses of ART incubation extended, ART significantly inhibited the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells and the inhibited effect shows dose-and -time-dependent. Obvious changes of apoptotic morphology were observed by invert microscope, fluorescence microscope, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope, they showed that cells had marked nuclear condensation or the fragmentation of chromation as well as apoptotic , mitochondrial edema and vesicle , with the time of incubation extended , the proliferation rate become slow and the volume became small and transformed. FCM assay indicated that most of the cells were arrested in Go/Gi and the apoptotic peak appeared. During the prolong of incubation time, the apoptosis rate was increased. At the same time, the number of S and G2/M phase cells were decreased. The result of TUNEL indicant that there are apoptosis and necrosis.
