RESULTS: CaB was not detected during early odontogenesis from the dental lamina to the late c ap stage .Small amount of the protein first appeared in ameloblast and some of dif ferenting cells in the surface of dental papilla in early bell stage. As to late bell stage, the cytoplasm of ameloblasts and odontoblasts with secreted dentin was all stained strongly, as well as some of n uclei.

结果：人牙胚蕾、帽状期成釉器无CaB的表达；钟状早期成釉器的内釉细胞及部分牙乳头表面处于分化状态的细胞弱阳性染色；钟状晚期成釉器的成釉细胞、成牙本质细胞及部分胞核呈现强阳性染色。

实验结果表明：(1)该体系K2SO4，Leonite，langbenite和MgSO4H2O等盐能够形成初级晶核的初级成盐区与溶解平衡相区存在明显偏离，其中K2SO4成盐区域缩小，而Leonite和MgSO4H2O结晶区域均有不同程度的增大；(2)在蒸发结晶过程中，成盐晶种的存在使该盐的成盐区比初级成盐区有所扩展；(3)由于成盐区的扩展，使成盐区域出现不同程度的交错。

实验结果表明：(1)该体系K2SO4，Leonite，langbenite和MgSO4.H2O等盐能够形成初级晶核的初级成盐区和溶解平衡相区存在明显偏离，其中K2SO4成盐区域缩小，而Leonite和MgSO4.H2O结晶区域均有不同程度的增大；(2)在蒸发结晶过程中，成盐晶种的存在使该盐的成盐区比初级成盐区有所扩展；(3)由于成盐区的扩展，使成盐区域出现不同程度的交错。

Results Infected by this peptide, cell viability decreased 28.9%. Under light microscope, cells were shrinked and rounded, many cells were divorced from plate wall, some neuraxon shortened and broke. 结果：细胞接触肽段后存活率下降28.9％；光镜下可见细胞贴壁不良，胞体缩小，细胞突起断裂缩短；荧光染色可见细胞突起缩短、胞核固缩、胞质染成橘红色的凋亡细胞；电镜下可见胞质中出现空泡样结构，细胞染色质浓集于核膜内侧并裂解成碎块状；流式细胞仪检测细胞出现亚二倍体峰，DNA电泳出现梯状带。

根据定向取心、成像测井、常规岩心及薄片资料对安棚油田核三段储层天然裂缝特征进行分析的基础上，通过对20个裂缝充填物的稳定同位素测定，5组样品的声发射实验，结合岩心裂缝特征、地质构造历史等，确定出核三段地层中裂缝为区域性裂缝，以垂直或高角度张性缝为主，成组出现，产状稳定，不受局部鼻状构造控制，确定出裂缝有4个破裂期，主要破裂期为第二期。
