The company has three Large-Scale- Boxcar- Gate –Cold- Bending –Shapers and Chassis Summer Beam Cold Bending Shapers ,two chassis riveted joints production lines, one chassis spurts spreads production line. It also has great forging and stamping equipments, plate cutter, hydraulic press and sheet knee bend machine etc. In addition the company has the mold development equipment such as lathe, line cuts, digs bed and so on and has power which develop and produce kinds of truck using in agriculture ,light truck ,chassis of car. The sum of product is exceed 60,000 wraps in one year.

公司拥有大型车厢栏板冷弯成形机、底盘大梁冷弯成形机三台，二条底盘铆接生产线，一条底盘喷涂生产线，拥有大吨位冲床、剪板机、液压机和板料折弯机等锻压设备，及车床、线切割、刨床等模具开发设备，具备各类农用车、轻卡、汽车底盘的开发和生产能力，年生产能力逾六万台套。

There are many problems in the carling forming and unloading processes such as expand and shrink of U section wall, the torsion of U section and the warp of carling head. These problems are concerned by the carling factories and do not solved for a long time. The mechanism of the carling forming and spring back is analyzed. The carling forming and spring back processes are simulated by KMAS software. The warp of carling underside is researched by half analytic and half experiment method and the best scheme is found by this method.
