ABSTRACT In this dissertation a number of theoretical and technical problems to be faced in applying synthetic aperture techniques to remote sensing of the earth are resolved, researching on synthetic aperture microwave radiometric imaging technology against the background of developing satellite microwave radiometric imaging system.

全文主要以星载微波辐射成像系统的研制为背景，对合成孔径微辐射成像技术进行了研究和探索，解决了将合成孔径技术移植到地球遥感领域存在的一些具。。。

This dissertation brings forward and realizes one method of establishment of handwritten Chinese character library on account of feature of characters' shape: first, scan the characters wrote on paper to the image file, then break up the whole piece of characters image to solo character, and do some feature extraction. After this, pick up the feature of the image and write in file supervened.

本文提出并实现了基于字形特征的手写体汉字字库的构建方法：先将在纸上书写出的字符扫描成图像文件，然后对整幅的字符图像进行分割，将其分割成一个个的字符，再对图像进行一系列的预处理，接着抽取图像特征，写入文件。

Through studying on preparation technology and testing product's properties, the optimal biscuit firing and sintering temperature are found, the characteristics of temperature field between single thermal source and double thermal sources are contrasted. And the optimal sintering field area is also found.

The Doppler frequency shift and the Doppler broadening are comprehensively utilized, the narrow-band phase plate is inserted between a collimating mirror and a focusing lens of an imaging probe, thereby implementing the spatial encoding of the Doppler information, realizing the imaging requirements on the spatial high-resolution three-dimensional speed vector, combining with the Doppler OCT method which is based on the phase resolution technology to meet the high-speed and high-sensitivity measurement requirements and finally realizing the speed vector imaging with high-resolution, high-speed, high-sensitivity and large-imaging range of the three-dimensional flow field of the microfluidic chip.

综合利用多普勒频移和多普勒展宽，并在成像探头的准直镜和聚焦透镜之间插入窄带相位片，实施多普勒信息的空间编码，实现空间高分辨三维速度矢量的成像要求，再结合基于相位分辨技术的多普勒OCT方法则能够满足高速度高灵敏度的测量要求，最终实现对微流控芯片立体流场的高分辨率、高速度、高灵敏度、大成像范围的速度矢量成像。

Abstract］ Objective To assess the endothelium-dependent relaxation in patients with essential hypertension or hypertension smokers by color Doppler flow imaging.Methods With intermittent ultrasound imaging and power Doppler imaging,we measured endothelium-dependent relaxing function in 72 subjects 24 of whom with essential hypertension,24 of whom with both hypertension and smokingand the others as normal control.We measured the diameter of the superficial femoral and brachial arteries at rest,during reactive hyperaemia,re-test and after sublingual glyceryl trinitrate for evaluating the endothelium-independent dilatation in subjects.The level of plasma NO,ET,PGI2,and TXB2 were determined.

摘要］ 目的探讨原发性高血压及高血压合并吸烟患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的改变方法采用彩色普勒高频超声的间歇成像和能量多普勒成像，对24例原发性高血压患者、24例高血压合并吸烟患者及24例正常血压无吸烟史者的血管内皮依赖性舒张功能，包括静息时血管内径、增加流量引起的血管舒张、硝酸甘油引起的血管舒张等，以及对血浆氧化氮、内皮素、血栓素B2（TXB2）和列腺环素（PGI2）等血管活性物质进行检测并比较分析。

Single-mode fiber-optical confocal scanning laser microscopy is a new scanning microscopic imaging system, which is based on the modern optics technology and electronics technology. Therefore, it has excellent resolution in axial directions, and can achieve 3-D imaging of microorganism.

Laser confocal scanning microscopy is a new technology combining modern optics and electronics. The unique feature of point light source and point detecting eliminates out-of-focus blur and spots. Therefore, the axial and lateral resolution of the system is superior and 3-D imaging can be realized by scanning point by point of the object profile. Because of its advantages, confocal measurement technology is widely applied in many fields, such as medical treatment, biology, configuration of substances and micro-electronics.

The quantity of CD3+ cells in the EdNSC, AdNSC of cloning goattransplantation group and control group had no statistics difference(P＞0.05) at acute and chronic period.Overall, in our study, We got the conclusions as follow: 1,The EdNSC, AdNSCof cloning goat and the AdNSC of the non-cloning goat were successful obtained;EdNSC growed faster than AdNSC in the same cell culture method. 2,The braincontusion and laceration model of cloning goats were successful established by freefalling of 50 gram of steel ball accelerate strike on the goat brain from 100cm height.3, EdNSC and AdNSC transplantation both had obvious therapeutic effect on braincontusion and laceration of cloning goats; The therapeutic effect of EdNSCtransplantation was better. 4, Allograft of stem cells has acute and chronicimmunological rejection and autografting of stem cells has no acute and chronicimmunological rejection.
