However, it is not known how orthodontic force influences the function of cementoblast and what is the relationship between the function change of cementoblast with root resorption. So we studied the effect of mechanical stimuli on root resoption by examining the expression OPG and RANKL and exploring the related signal transduction pathway in cementoblast. Methods: Cementoblasts OCCM30 were cultured in DMEM with 10% FBS for 48 hours and starved in DMEM with no FBS for 24 hours, then subjected to mechanical strain by four-point bending system with tension and compression stress at 2000μstrain at 0.5Hz frequency. The flow cytometry was used to examine the cell cycle and proliferation activity after 3h, 6h, 12h, 24h loading respectively. OPG and RANKL mRNA were analysed with real time quantitive RT-PCR after the same loading period as FCM.

Methods There were 100 cases in normal group and 36 cases in group of chest injuries. All cases were performed in volume scan according to conventional chest scan by SIEMENS Sensation 4 MSCT , then performed in thin slice low and high contrast image reconstructions. After that, all the source images were input into CT 3D work stations,costicartilage were imaged by post process software such as multiplanar reconstructions, maximum intensity projection, surface shade display and volume rendering technique. All the pictures were observed and analyzed by two radiologists.

In this paper, the effects of the rigid body motions and low frequency surface errors on the image quality were analyzed. Quadratic equations were used to build the mathematical model of the Wolter type I and II X-ray telescopes and reduce the computational complexity of ray tracing. With the help of a self-developed optical surface analysis code, the effects of the perturbations of the mirrors on the image quality was analyzed and the growth of the image spot formed by deformed telescopes was calculated, this is important for giving the reasonable fabrication tolerance.
