Grunwalski had a problem: he'd gone behind a bush, and was still shitting. So I see him come out from behind the bush, holding up his pants with his hands. He tries to catch up. I hold out my hand, but each time he reaches for it he lets go of his pants and they drop to his ankles. He pulls them up, starts running again, but they fall back down, when he reaches for me.

我曾经有个叫Grunwalski的朋友我们一起被派去西伯利亚，当你去西伯利亚的一个工作营地，你必须乘坐一辆牲口车，你整天穿行在冷冰冰的西伯利亚大草原上，连个鬼都看不见你为了取暖缩成一团这几乎不能让你感到好受些，你不能在火车上方便，唯一的机会是在火车停下来为机车加水的时候才可以可是Grunwalski很害羞，甚至是我们在一起洗澡的时候，他都有些尴尬我过去经常嘲笑他于是，当火车停下来每个人都跳出去在铁轨上方便的时候我狠狠地挖苦Grunwalski，他走开了一个人在那儿火车开动了，每个人都跳上了火车，它不会等人的Grunwalski遇到了麻烦：他已经去了丛林后面，而且还在方便所以我看见他从丛林里出来，用他的双手提着裤子他想赶上火车我伸出手，可是每一次他够到我的手时他的裤子就要掉下来一直掉到他的膝盖上他提起了裤子，重新追上来，但是当他抓住我的时候，裤子又掉了下来

I have observed this melancholy decline in the lives of so many men in so many occupations that I have come to the conclusion that the surest road to failure is to do things mechanically. There are many teachers in schools and colleges who seem duller than the dullest of their pupils; they go through the motions of teaching, but they are as impersonal as a telephone.

Results We obtained a lysogenic bacteriophage MZTP01with clear plaque and 1 mm diameter. Fragment D with 2362bp (Genebank No. AY639599) was obtained after the phage DNA hydrolyzed by HindⅢ/EcoRⅠ. Among fragment D, the pep gene with molecular weight of 47 kDa and length of 1101bp was cloned and expressed. Recombinant M15 (pQE30pep) was built and overexpressed in Escherichia coli with a 47kDa clear band. At the same place a clear band was observed by Western blot. Judging from the time course expression, we could conclude that PEP protein produced at 1 hour after induction and then increased gradually. PEP protein was mainly in the form of inclusion body in the recombinant and slowed the growth speed of host. Homologous comparison of PEP protein from phage MZTP01 with other PEPs from BLAST were that phage MZTP01 PEP protein had 100% homologe with that of Escherichia coli K12, and most of others took the similarity in the range between 37%~84%.

诱导获得的溶原性噬菌体MZTP01斑点清晰，直径约1mm，成斑时间12h；从噬菌体基因组DNA双酶切(HindⅢ/EcoRⅠ)片段中回收长度为2362bp的D片段(Genbank登录号： AY639599)，又从D片段中克隆了长度为1101bp、编码367aa、分子量为47kDa的pep基因，表达载体M15(pQE30pep)在大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli， E.coli)中表达获得了47kDa的清晰表达带，在1h 时开始产生蛋白并有逐步上升的趋势； Western blot 也在47kDa处得到一条清晰的条带；可溶性分析表明PEP蛋白在重组菌株中是以不可溶的包含体形式存在的，该蛋白的产生明显地抑制了宿主的生长速度；噬菌体PEP氨基酸序列之间的同源性比较表明，噬菌体MZTP01 PEP蛋白与来自E.coli K12噬菌体的PEP蛋白的同源性程度最大。

When in senior high school ,it left behind so many regret for me,at first,for the junior high school failure exam,I went to a unliked school to continue my student time,at the same time ,I also left dad's words to behind my head,everyday,I just look at the surrounding teachers and classmates ,I can't adapt me into that serious atmosphere ,more serious it that I more hated that environment ,in order to avoid it ,I started to skip classes ,as the time of skiping classes grew,some teachers and classmates began to think me as a bad student,honestly,in that school,there were so many this kind guys,however,it seemed to me that all teachers just had a couple eyes of caring of me .subsequently,in order to go on my studying,I had to make some promise of it for teachers,as a matter of fact ,I wrote it fully and also read it to the class.at the bottom of my hear,I apparently had the feeling that would like to stay to the class to keep my normal studying,but everytime,it seemed that something was not under my controul.but just now for me ,it may be just a little depressed.so that written guarantee didn't take some effect for me,as usual ,I also choosed to skip classes,at last ,related teachers had to call for my dad to school and required him to write some words to promise something in order to keep me in school ,at that momment,I refused all ,I can' t eudure dad do it as so.

上高中了，是我这辈子遗憾最多的日子。起先，在那所我极不愿去的学校里，我没有记住爸爸的话，看着身边的老师、同学，都找不着感觉，并且越来越讨厌那种环境，后来干脆开始逃课。逃课的日子多了，就成了老师眼中的坏孩子，其实在那所学校里逃课的学生多的是，但是老师好象长了一双只可以看到我逃课的眼睛。后来，老师要我来写保证书，保证我以后不再逃课，否则就走人。我写了，并且在班上念了。因为从心里我是真的想读书，可是每次总是管不住自己，有一种想逃走的感觉。现在想来，我那时应该是或多或少有些郁忧症了。所以保证书过后，我又逃课时，老师叫来了我的爸爸，并且要求爸爸写保证书，保证我以后不再逃课，而且要当着班上的同学念。我马上拒绝了，只说了句：&我自己走吧。&

Small height fluctuations were artificially introduced to the thin film samples by mechanically rubbing the sample surface with a rayon cloth before dewetting initiates. By comparing the dewetting morphology evolution and the characteristic length of dewetting structures of unrubbed and rubbed samples, the results clearly show that the dewetting mechanism for thinner polystyrene films with h≤13. 3nm is spinodal dewetting and that for thicker films with h≥13. 3nm is heterogeneous nucleation dewetting.

通过用绒布在薄膜表面进行摩擦，人为的引入一定程度的厚度涨落，通过比较有和没有表面涨落的薄膜的去湿形貌，可以清楚的识别出厚度小于13.3nm的聚苯乙烯薄膜的破坏机理为旋节去湿，而厚度大于13.3nm的聚苯乙烯薄膜的破坏机理则为成核去湿，形成双连续结构或孔洞都可以导致薄膜的旋节去湿。

Formly, HDR casts classification problems and regression problems into a unified regression problem. Clustering is performed in both output space and input space at each internal node, termed "doubly clustered" and discriminants in the input space are automatically derived from the clusters in the input space. A hierarchical probability distribution model is applied to the resulting discriminating subspace at each internal node.

在图像的分类和检索中，以前的层次判别回归方法把分类和回归统一成回归问题，在每个内部节点进行输入和输出空间的双聚类，输入空间的分类子空间可以自动从聚类中获得，再用层次概率分布模型计算判别子空间，这样就构成了输入空间由粗到精的概率分布，可以准确而且快速地实现高维数据的检索。

Single component and multi\|component of iron system colloidal catalyst \Ali\|Bu\-3CH\-2CHCH\-2Cl\ were mixed by different ratios in hydrogenated gasoline medium at 25℃.This paper studied the relationship between the nonaqueous systematic electroconductivity and the concentration of catalyst components.In combination with Tyndall effect,polymerization experimental results,Ali\|Bu\-3 existed in associated state and dissociated into ionpair.The reaction between Ali\|Bu\-3 and Fenaph\-2 was the main reaction which formed colloidal core.Ali\|Bu\-3 reacted on CH\-2CHCH\-2Cl and Ali\|Bu\-2Cl was yielded which joined the formation of active center on the surface of colloidal core.The excessive Ali\|Bu\-3 was dissociated into ionpair which formed double electrode layer,and the double electrode layer kept the colloidal particles relatively stable.

研究了在25℃加氢汽油介质中，铁系胶体催化剂［Fenaph2Ali-Bu3―CH2==CHCH2Cl］单组分、多组分按不同配比混合，非水体系电导率与浓度的关系，结合Tyndall效应，聚合实验结果，得出Ali-Bu3以缔合状态存在并解离成离子对它同环烷酸亚铁的作用是形成胶核的主要反应，与氯丙烯反应生成的氯化异丁基铝，在胶核表面参与形成活性中心由过量Ali-Bu3解离的离子对形成的双电层结构，使胶粒保持相对稳定。
