At the prefecture scale, the relationship became complicated between chemical components and leaf quality, and more chemical components were needed to represent leaf quality. The results showed that highly significant differences were observed between the two nitrogen treatments and also among family lines in the 4 nutrient contents. Applicating nitrogen may increase the contents of CP and CF in stalk, but decrease the contents of ADF and NDF. The variance segregation of stalk nutrients of F2∶4 lines were in normal distributions and with over parent segregation in some degree. The second part researches the communication of Japanese cartoon to Chinese audiences through the method of periodical research to summerize the change in its culture and Chinese audiences' reception, besides it applies the method of questionare survey to deeply study and summarize its influnce. The third part studies several selected popular cartoon works for the cultural elements and the limitation of the Japanese cartoon, including the negative factors and not-good developing trend.
