The effect of ratio of hydroxyl acid, amount of catalyst and reaction time to the yield of sioamyl propionate were investigated.

探讨了醇酸物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间对丙酸异戊酯产品收率的影响。

Methods: The effects of the ratio of reactants, the amount of the catalyst used, the reaction time and the amount of an water-taking agent on synthesizing isoamyl cinnamate were investigated to obtain a suitable condition for synthesizing the ester.

考察了醇酸比、反应时间、带水剂用量等因素对合成肉桂酸异戊酯的影响，得到合成该酯的较适宜条件。结果：最佳反应条件为n：n=5：1，催化剂用量为肉桂酸用量的20%，反应时间2h，反应温度110～118℃，酯收率可达76.6%。

The results showed that solid hetero-polyacid salt TiSiW12O40/TiO2 was a good catalyst for synthesizing iso-amyl propionate.

实验结果表明：固体杂多酸盐TiSiW12O40/TiO2对丙酸异戊酯的合成具有良好的催化活性。

结果表明，MLF葡萄酒较未经MLF的葡萄酒中挥发性成分的总量有所提高；异戊醇、2-羟基丙酸乙酯、琥珀酸乙酯和醋酸在两工艺的葡萄酒中的含量和比例存在明显差异；乳酸、乳酸乙酯和两种未能准确鉴定的物质只在MLF葡萄酒中作为主要成分被分离检测到。

The results indicated that the total quantity of volatile components in grape wine after MLF had increased and there were evident difference in the contents and proportion of isoamyl alcohol, 2-ethyl hydracrylic acid, ethyl succinate, and acetic acid in the two kinds of grape wine treated or not treated by MLF. Besides, lactic acid and ethyl lactate, which could not be accurately identified in grape wine not treated by MLF, could be easily separated and identified in grape wine treated by MLF like other main components.
