Methods 100 patients chronic cor pulmonale with heart failure were divided randomly into the intervention group (50 cases) and the control group (50 cases), for the basic routine treatment,the intervention group was administered 100mg amrinone and nikethamide 1.5g each day for 7 days, while the control group was treated with 10mg phentolamine for 7 days, the clinical therapeutic effect and side effects were compared.
