Gud pm sir thanks for the answer that you gave i found that the heater voltage is only 3 volts i use a 7806 regulator and i tap it at the secondary of a chopper transformer after that i power up the monitor and the monitor back to normal brightness thanks again sir till next time more power!!!!!!
