目的 观察脾氨肽口服冻干粉对小儿肺炎支原体感染的疗效及免疫学影响方法 78例MP感染患儿随机分两组，对照组38例予以常规治疗，观察组40例在常规治疗的基础上予以脾氨肽口服冻干粉治疗，治疗后分别测定患儿T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白及补体等变化情况。
