AIM: To find the susceptible or resistant genes of H pylori infectionin Bai-ethnic children of Kunming,and to explore the immunogenetic mechanism of H pylori infection.

目的：探讨昆明白族儿童幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori，H pylori)感染与人类白细胞抗原-DQA1(HLA-DQA1)等位基因的相关性，寻找是否存在与H pylori感染相关的易感基因或抵抗基因，从免疫学的角度探讨H pylori感染的免疫遗传机制。

FMDV usually causes persistent infection or inapparent infection that can also occur in vaccinated animals following contact with the virus,which will influence the diagnostic techniques and the preventive measures that need to be taken.

口蹄疫病毒是小RNA病毒科口蹄疫病毒属的成员，该病毒感染动物尤其是反刍动物以后，会形成无症状的持续性感染或隐性感染，注射疫苗的动物当再次接触新病毒时，也会成为隐性带毒者，从而给口蹄疫的诊断和防制带来严重的影响。

The results showed:(1) MP polymerase chain reaction test showed positive results in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid from all of the MP-infected rats (infectious group, n=4), while they were all negative in BALF from the control group (n=4,P＜0.05) and from those rats both infected with MP and, at the same time, treated with erythromycin (treating group n=4,P＜0.05). Bacterial cultures of the bronchial and lung tissue were negative in all three groups. Using transmission electron microscope the widened interalveolar septa with increased amount of collagen were found in the infectious group, while there were no obvious abnormalities in the other two groups.

结果显示：(1)感染组动物(n=4)支气管肺泡灌洗液肺炎支原体-PCR检测均为阳性，而对照组(n=4)和感染加红霉素治疗组动物(n=4)均为阴性(P＜0.05)；三组动物的支气管和肺组织常规细菌培养结果均为阴性；感染组动物透射电镜检查见肺泡间隔增宽，其中有较多胶原纤维堆积，其余两组则未见明显异常。

Objective: To investigate the characteristics of nosocomial infection in patients with acute leukemia and provide basis for its prevention and treatment .

目的：探讨急性白血病医院感染的特点，分析引起医院感染的危险因素，为医院感染防治措施的制定提供客观依据。

Results: The infection rate of NI in the general hospital was 2.43%. The most frequent site of NI was lower respiratory tract (59.17%), followed by urinary tract (7.40%). Others such as gastrointestinal tract infection was 4.51% and skin-soft tissue infection was also 4.51%. The higher nosocomial infection rate was in departments of tumour, ICU, cadre ward, nosohemia. NI occurred mainly in patients with malignant tumor (7.18%), critical malignant tumor (5.97%), circulation system (3.75%).

结果：医院感染总发生率为2.43%；主要发生部位构成比中下呼吸道为最高(59.17%)，其次为泌尿道(7.40%)、胃肠道(4.51%)、皮肤软组织(4.51%)；各临床科室中，肿瘤科、ICU科、干部病房、血液科的医院感染发生率较高；各种类型疾病中，医院感染发生率最高为恶性肿瘤(7.15%)，其次为交界恶性肿瘤(5.97%)、循环系统疾病(3.75%)。
