然后进行基础动物实验，应用Hp CagA+菌株干预高脂血症大兔，建立Hp CagA+菌株感染致兔颈动脉粥样硬化模型，进行血清Hp抗体、hs-CRP、血浆YKL-40水平检测、斑块内Hp DNA，进一步求证Hp CagA+菌株感染和颈动脉粥样硬化形成的相关性，Hp CagA+菌株感染是否可促进颈动脉粥样硬化的形成，深入探讨其可能机制，以期为颈动脉粥样硬化形成的病因学研究提供实验基础，为临床治疗颈动脉粥样硬化提供新的策略，从而完善其防治模式。

In 30 liver tissues,there was 26 positive samples in the control,and 30 positive in the infected chickens.In 30 trachea tissues,there was 19 positive samples in the control,and 24 positive in the infected flock.In 30 Fabricius'bursa tissues,there was only 9 positive samples in the control,and 21 positive in the infected chickens.

在肝组织中，对照组的30个样品检测到26个阳性样品，而感染组的30个样品全都是阳性；在气管组织中，对照组30个样品检测到19个阳性样品，而感染组的30个样品检测到24个阳性样品；在腔上囊组织中，Gal-4基因的诱导表达情况非常明显，对照组30个样品中仅有9个阳性，而感染组的30个样品中有21个阳性。

Six healthy no fascioliasis goats confirmed by fecal examination and Dot-ELISA were chosen and randomly divided into Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ groups. Each goat of Ⅰ,Ⅱ groups was orally dosed once 200 and 500 Fasciola hepatica metacercariae and during 11 weeks after infection used for the experiment study. Blood sample was collected by jugular vein weekly, to determine IL-2 and TNF-α levels in serum and IL-2 in supernatant with proliferation of PBL of goats infected with Fasciola hepatica.

试验选择6只健康白山羊（经粪便学检查和Dot-ELISA检测，确认无肝片吸虫感染）随机分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组，其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ组山羊每只分别1次口服接种200、500个肝片吸虫囊蚴，Ⅲ组作为不感染对照组，每周颈静脉采血1次，连续11周，检测肝片吸虫感染后山羊血清中IL-2、TNF-α水平的变化和外周血淋巴细胞分泌IL-2的能力。

以分房乳 SCC 500 × 103 cells/ml 作为乳房炎感染与否的门槛值，由牛旁采样分房乳样的检测与分析，探讨影响牛乳 EC 大小的相关因素及其关系，如分房乳中的氯离子浓度、挤乳时间、挤乳前后及乳成份，利用变异数分析探究未感染与感染乳房炎的分房乳之间，其 EC 及 ECR 物理性质，SCC、乳酸去氢酵素及 pH 化学性质及乳脂率、蛋白质及乳糖等乳成份的差异，进而利用统计鉴别分析探讨 EC 相关参数结合乳成份参数对乳房炎检测的准确度。

The HSP70 gene expression was determined in hepatopancreas, spleen, heart and head kidney in green swordtail Xiphophorus helleri challenged by Vibrio alginolyticus 0, 2, 5, 8 and 11 days after administration using RT-PCR. Results showed that tile gene expression of the HSP70 was of tissue specific.

用溶藻弧菌Vibrio alginolyticus感染剑尾鱼Xiphophorus helleri，取感染后第0、2、5、8、11 d的活鱼及感染后第2d濒死鱼，采用半定量RT-PCR方法分别检测HSP70基因在肝胰脏、脾脏、头肾和心脏组织中的表达。

Apoptosis of lymphocytes in bone marrow, spleen, thymus and bursa was detected by light microscope, electron microscope and terminal- deoxynucleotidyl transferase UIP nick end labeling. The results showed ALV-J could induce incoordinate apoptosis of lymphocytes in thymus, bursa and spleen, which was mainly found in early time.
