Comparison study was done on leaves structure and protein of Stylosanthes accessions resistant and susceptible anthracnose. Two accessions of Stylosanthes Mineirao and CIAT2312 were used to study in this paper.

本研究以抗病的Mineirao柱花草和感病的CIAT2312柱花草为材料，从叶片结构及蛋白质进行了比较研究，2种抗感病柱花草品系存在差异性。

Abstract］ objective: to observe the antibacterial, antivirus and antipyretic functions of yi-zhi-huang-hua-kang-gan granules. methods: bacterial infection mouse models were established by the peritoneal injection of staphylococcus aureus and viral pneumonia mouse models by nose drip of influenza virus; fever rabbit models were produced by vein injection of indotoxin.

采用小鼠腹腔注谢金黄色葡萄球菌的方法观察一枝黄花抗感颗粒的体内抗菌作用；采取流感病毒滴鼻致小鼠流感病毒性肺炎模型观察其对小鼠的抗病毒作用；采用家兔耳缘静脉注射内毒素致热的方法，观察其解热作用。

objective to study the risk factors on esbl producing strains of k.pneumoniae and e.coli.methods aprospective survey on esbl producing strainsof k.pneumoniae and e.coli for a36-month period.results the resistance rates ofe.coli were:98.08%for ctx,73.08%for amc.the resistance rates of k.pneuˉmonialwere;95.74%for ctx,97.87%for amc.the use rate of third generation cephalosporins was much higher than those of esbls nonproducing strains（p.05）.it induce esbls that3rd generation cephalosporins were used extensive.after strenghtening the antibiotic controls,esbls detection rate has gone down.conclusion the factors of infection of esbl-producing strains were the severity diseases,cellular immunological condition,improper medical manipulations.to prevent esbl-producing strains,reasonable antibiotics usage may be the effective measure.

目的 分析临床大肠埃希菌及肺炎克雷伯菌产esbls的危险因素，并加以控制。方法前瞻性监测产esbls菌的情况，并对感染者进行临床调查。结果产esbls的大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药率头孢噻肟钠为98.08%和95.74%，阿莫西林+棒酸为73.08%和97.87%，产esbls菌感染者头孢第三代的使用率（70.21%）显著高于非产esbls菌感染者（39.47%）（p.05）；第三代头孢的大量使用诱导esbls的产生。通过加强抗感染药物的使用管理esbls检出率开始下降。结论严重的基础病、高龄、机体免疫力低下，长期住院者是esbls菌感染的易感宿主，皮质激素、化疗及介入性疗法是esbls感染的高危因素。滥用抗感染药是产生esbls的重要因素，合理使用抗感染药是防止esbls产生的主要措施。

In this experiment, methods of artificial inoculation were used to evaluate 17 species (including 26 types), 2 mutants, 3 cultivars, and 4 hybrids of Malus for their resistance to Valsa Mali. After 3 years repeated trials, it showed that 7 of them are highly resistant 2 are resistant, 2 are medium resistant and others are different grades of susceptible resources.

从苗期鉴定、分蘖期蜜露量测定以及田间褐飞虱种群动态调查及产量测定的综合结果看出，应用分子标记辅助育种导入了Bph14 和Bph15基因培育的新品系，即沪旱1A/07WH1462、川香29A/07WH644、川香29A/07WH1462、中9A/07WH1462、沪旱1A/07WH644和中9A/07WH644对褐飞虱均存在一定的抗虫性，前三种苗期表现为抗级，后三种苗期表现为中抗；主栽品种珞红3A/610234为感虫，主栽品种两优培九为高感。

The results are following:1 QTL mapping for resistance to Verticillium wilt in G.barbadenseA highly tolerant to Verticillium wilt G.barbadense var.Hai7124 and a highly sensitive to Verticillium wilt G.hirsutum var.Junmian 1 were crossed and F_1 seeds produced self-pollinated F_2 progeny which comprised 128 individuals and BC_1 was produced from a cross between(Hai7124×Junmian 1)×Junmian 1.The BC_1F_1 individuals were self-pollinated to produce a BC_1S_2 population,resulting in 96 families of BC_1S_2.A genetic map included 36 linkage groups with an average distance of 7.29 cM between markers and covered 2726.89 cM was constructed using F_2 population.

本研究利用分子标记的方法，分别对海岛棉和陆地棉抗黄萎病QTL进行了定位，并对陆地棉的产量和纤维品质性状的QTL进行了初步定位，主要结果如下：一、海岛棉抗黄萎病QTL定位用一个抗黄萎病海岛棉品种海7124和一个陆地棉感病品种军1配制杂交组合，得到一个含128个单株F_2分离群体，同时与军1回交得到含96个单株的BC_1群体，自交产生BC_1家系。

Results Female patient, 31 years old, pregnant for 2 months after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer, manifested with fever, shortness of breath for 1 month and the symptoms exacerbated for 1 week, was admitted to hospital with respiratory distress and severe hypoxemia. After 1 week of non-invasive ventilation, anti-bacterial and anti-virus treatments, she still had a sense of breath shortness, dry cough and was in intermittent fever, but tuberculosis-related examinations were negative. CT scan of the lungs mainly represented by ground-glass-like combined with atypical diffuse miliary change. White blood cell counts were normal. After experimental anti-tuberculosis treatments, the patient had significant improvement in symptoms, and the lesions were apparently absorpted under review of chest CT .

结果 女性患者，31岁，采取体外受精胚胎移后植妊娠2月余，发热1月加重伴气促1周入院，入院时呼吸窘迫，伴严重低氧血症，予无创通气、抗细菌和抗病毒治疗1周，仍感气促、干咳、高热，结核相关检查阴性，胸部 X 线表现以双肺毛玻璃样伴有不典型弥漫性粟粒状改变为主，白细胞计数正常，试验性抗结核治疗后，患者症状明显改善，复查胸部 CT ，病变吸收明显。
