目的 探讨感停抗病毒的疗效。

In order to verify the efficiency of DONtest-HPLC in breeding wheat with low DON, and to reveal the variation of DON content in wheat,8 cultivars with different resisance to fusarium head blight were used for analysis when fusarium head blight epidemic severely occurred in the middle and lower stretches of Yangtze River in 2003. The results indicated that DONtest-HPLC was a kind of quick and accurate method in detection of DON content with a recovery rate 78.2%in average.

以2003年长江中下游地区赤霉病大流行后收获的8个不同抗、感赤霉病小麦为材料，探讨DONtest-HPLC在低毒素小麦选育中的利用价值，并揭示不同抗性小麦脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇含量的差异特点。

Using logistic model, regression equations were established as followed: y=12.084 8/［1+exp (6.372 5-0.367 5x)］ and y=91.017 0/［1+exp （18.448 8-0.788 8x）］, which was used to evaluate the responses of maize inbred lines to head smut resistance.

采用逻辑斯蒂模型分别建立了抗、感自交系可溶性糖含量与田间发病率的一元曲线回归方程：y=12.084 8/［1+exp (6.372 5-0.367 5x)］和y=91.017 0/［1+exp（18.448 8-0.788 8x）］，以此建立了以接菌幼苗可溶性糖含量为指标的抗性评价方法，并用于未知抗性种质资源的鉴定。

Method］ The sweet sorghum variety with anti-smut silk——TR102 and the sweet sorghum variety with the sensitive to head smut——LTR106 being used as experimental material,the SSR technology was preliminarily applied in the analysis of sweet sorghum smut silk gene.

方法］ 以甜高粱抗丝黑穗病品种LTR102、甜高粱感丝黑穗病品种LTR106为试材，应用SSR技术对甜高粱丝黑穗病基因进行分子标记的初步分析。

In this study,twomolecular markers were identified to be linked to in coupling phase to Pm12 andPm3b by using RAPD technique.The results are showed just as follows. 1、Cross was carried out between Pm12 as resistant parent and Chancellor assusceptible parent,and F1 plants from the cross were selfed to obtain F2 mappingpopulation.
