意见

The practical justification of civil liberty is not that self-expression is one of the rights of man. It is that the examination of opinion is one of the necessities of man.

因此，笔者认为，在企业业绩很好，市场环境也非常有利的环境下，企业一定要进行持续的变革，首先必须是思想上的，必须要树立"变才是唯一不变"的思想，要始终传达这样的理念给全体员工，一旦懈怠下来，可能就会落后，养成不良的文化和习惯，是非常难以改掉的；其次，一定要加强沟通，不断聆听客户的心声，关注市场变化，保持对市场的敏感性，把这样的变化作为变革的动力；再者，一定要耐心聆听员工意见，认真处理这些意见，把这样的意见作为变革的契机。
